I had an amazing stay at the downtown Beaverton hideaway! The place was spotless, the host was super friendly, and the location was perfect. I felt right at home and would definitely stay here again. So many great stores and food spots in the area and the place is in a quiet peaceful neighborhood while still so close to everything else. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!
We only stayed a couple days but the property was exactly as described and perfect for what we needed. Check in/out was very simple. Thank you so much for the stay!
Very quiet neighborhood despite being close to many restaurants and other places.
I loved that there was a brochure/mag about the are. I was not in the mood to google. I found a lovely vegan bakery walking distance. I was able to do a nice walk there for some treats before checking out.
Clean, comfortable, and private in a nice central location within walking distance of groceries, shopping, and a mass transit hub. Luke responded promptly to all our questions. It was a great vacation home for the three of us.
We had a great stay at the downtown Beaverton hideaway! The property was easy to find and get into. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable and the TV was easy to use. The only downfall was we were too hot without AC units in the bedrooms. The one unit in the living room and fans weren't enough to keep us cool during the hot summer weather. We loved the location and really appreciated the hosts letting us have a later check out time so our son could take a nap before we hit the road home.
The apartments are small and basic but centrally located for a visit to Beaverton. We were most impressed with the immediate availability and helpfulness of the property manager. She was readily available when we had difficulty with the door lock, twice. And she was also quite available on a Sunday morning to help troubleshoot a situation where we couldn't get the heat to turn off on a 90-100 degree day. Situation resolved quickly. Thank you!!
Shared the rental with an old college friend while we were both in town for a wedding. The space was about the right size for two people, not too far off Canyon road, tucked away on a quiet street. The amenities were everything we needed them to be. With the streets still icy from a recent winter storm, we mostly stayed in. Everything worked, never needed to contact the host.
Tucked in a neighborhood with no traffic, it was nice and quiet. It was only two of us but the 900 sq-ft was well laid out and spacious. You could easily have kids or another couple comfortably. Just don't plan on multiple people in the kitchen. The bed in the back bedroom did squeak with any significant movement so be aware. Overall recommend. I'd stay there again.
I thought I booked this for two nights and received a rude call telling me that I had to get my stuff out and when my father showed up they had put his stuff in a shed. Even if there was a mistake made, that is not the proper way to handle a situation.
The location was perfect walking distance to the farmers market and coffee shops. The property manager was amazing and answered any questions we had very prompt and helpful.
The residence was comfortable and close to everything that we needed to see and do. Everything was provided and I appreciated the little extras in case we forgot a toiletry or hygiene item. Very considerate!
The property was well maintained, check in was a breeze. There were some papers with information on the fridge that was very helpful. Definitely enjoyed our two weeks there, and would stay here again
Was exactly as described. Clean. Uber Eats had a hard time finding us every time! Lol. Just make sure to put the exact address in your delivery details! 😊
It was comfortable, convenient and the perfect location.
It was quick and easy renting the property. The property managers responded quickly to my questions and concerns. The property has no extra bells or whistles just the essentials, perfect for a quick weekend trip.
Great location, out of the way but easy access to everything
I am a little conflicted about this review. I would give it a full five stars because everything was amazing for me regarding cooling, heating, cleanliness, and comfort however the location is in very close proximity to train tracks.
Every night we would hear train horns blaring causing my wife to lose sleep. This is not something that is the fault of the property manager's fault it is simply the consequence of the location. If you are a heavy sleeper like me, this place is great. If you are a light sleeper, YMMV.

Why they chose this property
We chose this property for HomeAway because it is a great place to get to downtown from. There are all sorts of things within walking distance to (ie: restaurants, shops, bars, public transportation)
Downtown Beaverton has a lot going on right now with new places popping up all the time. Our place is on a quiet street close to all this, but far enough away to give you some quiet from the hustle and bustle.
