In winter enjoy a cozy evening as there is an indoor fireplace, providing warmth and ambiance throughout. WALK THROUGH THE HOME WITH US
Entering via the back door of the property you will find yourself on the lower level in the laundry room. The laundry is functional and equipped with a washing machine, dryer and cleaning appliances that your welcome to use during your stay. Making your way through the property you will walk into the shared bedroom space. This space has a King Single bed with a King Single trundle underneath. You need to enter this room to get through to Bedroom Three and the second living room, which is why we call it a shared bedroom. Bedroom Three has a queen bed, portable clothes wrack and draws. There is also a portable heater to use in the cooler months.
Entering the second living room, this is where you will find a TV, some seating and the table tennis table. There is also a small kitchenette in the corner, which has a mini fridge and a sink. This is a great area for the kids to relax or keep themselves occupied! From the second living area you can access a bathroom which has a shower over bath, toilet and a vanity. Bedroom four is also accessed via the second living room. Bedroom four has a King Single bed with a King Single Trundle underneath it. There is also a set of draws to unpack into and also a portable heater to use in the cooler months.
Heading up stairs is where you find the main living room, kitchen, dining, a bathroom and bedrooms one and two. The kitchen is functional and practical. There is plenty of space to cook but also to entertain as the island bench seats five people! The kitchen has all the usual suspects for a great stay. There is a coffee machine too, so make sure you bring your Expressi coffee pods. The dining area is located to the right of the kitchen. There is a large table that sits 10 guests.
Moving into the living room, this area is nice and cosy. In the winter months, make use of the indoor fireplace to keep the area warm. There is a TV and DVD player for your enjoyment, and also an array of books to read at your leisure. In the adjacent corner there is a smaller seating area, this area is perfect for enjoying a cuppa, reading a book or having a conversation whilst looking out at the beautiful ocean view. This open plan living is also equipped with an airconditioning unit, so in the warmer months you have the ability to keep the main hub of the house cool.
From the open plan living area, flow through a doorway to access bedrooms one and two and a second bathroom. Bedroom one has a king bed, a private balcony with garden views, a portable clothes rack and draws and also a portable heater. Bedroom two has a queen size bed, set of draws to unpack into and also a portable heater. The second bathroom has a toilet, shower and vanity.
Heading downstairs and outside the back door, there is a fire pit area with plenty of wood, outdoor seating and dining and also an outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach. The yard is considered a bush yard, there are a couple of functional paths but mostly the property goes with the lay of the land.

You will have access to the whole property excluding the garage which is locked off for guest use.
