Very Pleasant stay

I truly enjoyed staying at this condo. It was not too big, not too small, very cozy. It was only my wife and I so it was great for the two of us. I truly enjoyed that it was located on the beach side so it provided easy access to the beach. The entire condominium area there was clean, parking lot accessible and clean, pool accessible, truly enjoyed the hot tub by the pool. Had security guards which were extremely helpful. The condo inside was clean, with appliances we could use like the stove, coffee pot, refrigerator, and the tv, internet, and kitchen utensils. It was a very pleasant stay...I truly appreciated the owner keeping in touch with me about my arrival, my stay and my departure...it made me feel I had someone to contact in case I needed anything. I will be staying here again sometime in the future!!!

We loved the place!

Great location, very clean, check in was a breeze. Family loved the pool and the easy access to the beach without having to cross a busy highway. Overall rating 5/5 will be back again

Great place for a small or medium family

Great spot for our family to enjoy a stay near the beach. Owner had made sure we could get in with very detailed instructions and even made sure we had what we needed during the stay. Balcony does look over the pool mostly, but that wasn’t a big deal for us.

Great stay

We booked this condo for a short trip with our autistic granddaughter. The place was a perfect fit for her needs. We lived the quick access to the beach and the pool. We had the best time and have already recommended this place to several friends.

Exactly what was needed

Decent rental

The house felt a little small for being listed for 6 people. Shower head was at chin level, not above my head. Other than that it was a decent little house.

Very nice property. Had a minor issue that was taken care of very quickly. Great communication with host prior to check in and while we were there. Property is one of the only properties that is actually on the beach. Most other properties need to cross a very busy street. Lots of awesome places to eat seafood very close by that are reasonably priced. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay!

Enjoyed our girls weekend at this cute and cozy property. Pool and grounds were nice and the easy beach access was perfect. No crossing the crowded boulevard! The condo had a few supplies available and everything worked as expected. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Condo

Cute condo right on the beach

Super cute clean condo right on the beach. Kids loved the bunk beds, and the pool. Great communication with owner, very smooth. Would for sure rent again

Beach Fun

My husband and I are long time visitors to Galveston and Seascape! We brought our children here and are now bringing our grandson! The only place to stay with kids, the easy beach access is wonderful. Our host was wonderful, easy access thru text messages. The condo was clean and as advertised. We plan to be back next summer as well!

Comfy and cozy!

The condo was super clean and cozy and had extra blankets and pillows. We were able to walk to the beach through the gate and my kiddos loved the pool! We arrived a little earlier than we expected and she responded to us almost immediately! We will definitely be back again. Perfect for a small family !

Beach Getaway

My children and I spent our Spring Break in this cute little condo. It had all the amenities we needed. Was the perfect size and we loved that we could have beach and pool time. We loved EVERYTHING about our stay. My only suggestion would be for the facility to have plastic bracelets vs the paper ones. After a week of beach and pool time the bracelets barely stayed on.

Great Location-Property Management Meh

Condos are the best kept and location by far. Pool and hot tubs are maintained very well and was impressed by cleanliness. Views are beautiful. This is why I am giving 3 stars, otherwise it would be less. Unit was just ok, main bedroom bed frame and mattress are barely hanging on. I am 5'8" and had to bend over to wash my hair the shower head was so low, and that was if you could wiggle the faucet to the right spot to get the right temp because it was installed sideways or its been so poorly handled for so long it that twisted. Deck box had beach items all were dirty, chair rusted and bent, buckets broken. No laundry so we hung towels up to dry on balcony but got scolded by on site management, even though another guest let in 15+ people into Pool area making facilities unusable. Security made them leave but they just snuck back in swimming fully clothed, maxing occupancy limits and teenagers being obnoxious and making it hard for younger kids to play. But, on site was more worried about towels hanging out to dry. Might consider going back just different Unit, permenant residents we met were super friendly and nice.
