This house of modern relaxed luxury is perfect for families and friends, there are 3 main living areas and 5 bedrooms.
Upon entering your relaxing getaway you will find modern and stylish house that will accommodate up to 12 people easily. The single level and vast spacious open floor plan floor allows for a wonderful very easy relaxing stay @The Coastal Retreat.
The extensive property grounds along with the front and rear expansive decks allow for unlimited entertaining and indoor/outdoor dining and lounging options. Gourmets will delight in the kitchen - it is fully equipped including stainless steel appliances and many extra conveniences hidden away in the butler’s pantry.
The spacious living areas all flow outside to a BBQ and dining area for additional entertaining. The dining area inside comfortably seats 8-10, or the same outside on the back deck. There is plenty of room for all to spread out - 3 spacious living rooms providing numerous choices to sit and relax, watch TV/movies or play a board game (plenty to choose from in the games cupboard).
The house has ducted heating for the colder months or split system air conditioner cools the living and family areas.
An outdoor hot/cold shower is easily accessed outside the laundry and is perfect for rinsing off the sand on return from the beach or a surf.

Follow the side entrance path & 200m up the road is the beach gate to the spectacular Mornington Peninsular Ocean National Park with its striking local flora, fauna and coastal landscape. Not to mention one of the best surf spots of the Peninsula!
The property is set on a large treed coastal block and is NOT FENCED. The property is NOT suitable for pets. Other wildlife is frequently found on the block.
Our Coastal Retreat's prime location is just a 10 min drive or less to so many of the Mornington Peninsula’s fabulous attractions – The Peninsula Hot Springs, St Andrews Beach Brewery, large choice of premier Golf courses, horse riding, numerous wineries, Gunnamatta Surf Beach, Bay beaches, Arthurs Seat Eagle Cable Car, Tree Surfing and garden mazes, Sunny Ridge Strawberry Picking Farm, Art Galleries, Restaurants, shopping, weekend markets - just to name a few. You can walk up the road to the St Andrew Tennis Club at the Recreation Center.
The location is perfect for a beach holiday with family and friends. Do as much or as little as you like. It’s all on your doorstep….

Note excess rubbish left behind at the property (more than will fit in the bin) will be charged at $8 per bag for tipping disposal fees.
Garage is NOT available for guest use. Parking for up to 5 cars is available in the driveway.
Outdoor fire pit for use, limited firewood is available. We suggest you bring your own firewood.
NOTE** When using the fire pit, it is strictly the guests responsibility to follow and meet the local fire rules and regulations for the time of year.
The fire pit is NOT available for use during the summer months Nov-April to comply with local fire restrictions enforced for the Mornington Peninsular Shire.

Good neighbour policy: As of May 2018 any guests staying anywhere in any type of property on the Mornington Peninsular are required to comply with the new Mornington Peninsular Shire Council Short Stay Accommodation Code of Conduct laws.

Noise restrictions: We welcome guests that will be polite and considerate with noise on the property & respect the permanent residental neighbours and the local community, especially when outdoors.
Quiet times are strictly 11pm-7am. No use of the outdoor areas are permitted at ALL after 11pm. This is the Mornington Peninsular Shire Council law and is in place and enforce a non disturbance policy to all residents & guests. Large fines can be issued to guest offenders.
