Welcome to Caribbean 404 located at 1057 West Beach Blvd where your dream beach vacation awaits you! This corner unit offers plenty of natural light with two bedrooms, two baths, and a sleeper sofa, accommodating up to six guests. The master suite has a king bed and the guest bedroom a queen. Recent upgrades include new stainless steel kitchen appliances, new washer/dryer, 65" TV, new decor throughout, and so much more! Spacious corner balcony offers beautiful views of the white Gulf sand. Unit comes with designated parking steps from the elevator. Dog friendly(additional fee), the condo is stocked with three TVs, DVD, VCR and WiFi. The fully stocked kitchen makes cooking meals easy, or you can visit some of the best restaurants, shopping, and recreation the Gulf Coast has to offer!

The Caribbean complex is low density with only 32 units and gives you plenty of room in the condo and beach to rest, relax, and have fun. The no-contact check in provided by Bender Vacation Rentals makes check in and out so easy! Beach front location gives easy access to our beautiful Gulf Shores' white sand beach; however, there are both indoor and outdoor pools(heated seasonally) for your family to enjoy. Other amenities at this property include sauna, steam room, exercise room, BBQ grills, and elevator. Please, No Smoking.

A room w/ a view

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Clean condo that met all of our needs. It was nice to be able to check the beach to see what our group was doing when we had to run back inside for something. Close to shops, groceries, restaurants and easy to get in and out of. The property itself could use some updating, but I would still recommend it to a friend. The desk staff was very helpful and accommodating during the reservation and checkin process.

Last Minute Vacation

We absolutely loved this condo. The view was magnificent. Our mini schnauzer loved it, too. Convenient to shops, restaurants, etc. It was also nice that the pool was a bit heated...was cool, not freezing.

Gulf shore stay with pets

Tub drained VERY slowly, there were two stains on king bed sheets and water stains on the ceiling in the master bathroom. It was great to have our pets with us on vacation.

In Paradise

The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed! It was so wonderful to be able to bring our little Morkie with us! The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked. The added bonus was both the indoor and outdoor pools were heated as the weather is just now starting to get warm. We will be renting this unit again! Also check in is a breeze!

This has to be ine of the most amazing places I've stayed the stay was immaculate.

Awesome vacation our anniversary of 42 years

The condo was awesome. The kitchen pots and pans were good quality. The bed was very comfortable. The view was breathtaking. The water was clear and beautiful. It was a great anniversary. We loved having our dog Roxy with us. It was very spacious with the 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. We will definitely be back.

Great Place for an Extended Weekend Golf Trip

Convenient parking spot right at the elevator, which opens very close to the condo door. Great for those who have trouble walking long distances. Very short walk down to the water, only takes about one minute. We brought our large pot, and boiled shrimp. It was also great to bring along our weenie dog. ☺️

The condo is nice but in need of a couple of inexpensive updates that would make it so much better (dryer and a table on the balcony, full roll of toilet paper upon arrival). The floors were so dirty I couldn't walk from the shower to the bed without needing to wash my feet again. Gross! Paper was under the bed and on the end table in the living area. Beds were comfy and the facility was quiet. The pool is nice.

However, I would pick another unit in the Caribbean next time.

Mattress cover on the spare room stained. Dried noodles on the sheets under the blanket. Rug had not been vacuumed. Doors was rusted needed painted. Ketchup packs in the hallway for 2 days. Just could have been better.

Planned a stay with my 90 year old mother and a handicapped sister. They closed the access to the Ben after being there 3 days so they were unable to get to the beach. Pool was closed. No handicap parking. The whole trip was ruined by the contractors who were there.

The master bath tub was held together with duck tape. There were rats and cockroaches around pool area. The beds felt like you were sleeping on plywood. The only good thing I can say is that the property is convenient to everything. We will not stay here again. It is not worth the money.
