This penthouse condominium has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a view to die for! Sleeping high above the Gulf of Mexico, you will be undoubtedly comfortable in the king bed in the master suite or one of the 2 twin bed in the guest room. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room making this unit comfortable for up to 6 guest. There is a TV in every room, 2 DVD players and WiFi to keep you connected. Cook your own meals in the fully stocked kitchen or keep up with your laundry with the in house washer and dryer. Make sure to enjoy time on the balcony as it offers some of the best views that the island has to offer!

Island Royale is a beach front property making it easy to access the white sandy gulf coast everyday. Other amenities that this property includes are a swim through indoor/outdoor pool, child's pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, exercise room overlooking the beach and BBQ grills. There is a convenient boardwalk that leads straight out to the beach and is equipped with showers for your return! The property features covered parking and two elevators making moving about the building a breeze. Great location in the heart of Gulf Shores

Great location just a stones throw from the Hangout ! Reserved parking spot covered and just yards from the elevator. Great view from the top of the world . Has an indoor/outdoor pool and beach access . Perfect for what we were looking for !

Perfect in every way

This place is amazing the condo is gorgeous and incredibly clean. The pictures that they post don’t do it justice. The views from the balcony or amazing and almost can’t be described. It’s perfectly located right on the beach and only a few minutes from all of the stores and entertainment. We loved everything about it wish we didn’t have to leave and will be back next year.

Highly recommended!

This unit is spotless and in a great location - beachfront , convenience store across the street and restaurants within walking distance. I walked everywhere within a mile or so to go to the stores , restaurants and other parts of the beach . The management was also very accommodating, they granted early check in and late check out in consideration to my flights. I wish they provided beach towels but this wasn't a deal breaker , im just used to other Beach properties that provide it . Overall this was a great stay and I would stay with them again .

Great Condo but horrible communication with Bender Realty

A+ to the owners of this property. We enjoyed our condo. The process through Bender, however.....sucked. From start to finish. Service calls during stays that were not coordinated with us. Packets weren't given, nor was the address to a separate office.

Comfortable condo and this is the first place we’ve stayed that doesn’t allow smoking on the balconies. Finally! We come here to enjoy the fresh air and breathing cigarette smoke isn’t what we consider enjoyable.

Disappointed

The location was great and dealing with the Bender Team was great. The condo however was just awful. It had not been cleaned very well. Dishes in sink, full ash tray on patio deck Also the coffee maker didn’t work, the screen door on patio was brokers and the refrigerator leaked. The condo is in a perfect location with amazing views however it needs to be completely renovated. For the amount of money we paid it should be much nicer.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The check in was easy. Bender was alway available to answer my questions. The condo was very clean. All appliances and everything worked as they should. One of the elevators periodically was not working. The staff was told about this. It left one elevator fully functional. I like the fact that we had covered parking .We had a great stay although the weather could have cooperated better, one of our days it lightning all day so we couldn’t swim or use the pool the whole day. We would definitely stay again and would hope for better weather.

So so

all was kinda so so... kitchen faucet leake-squirts water out the back. Overall not toddler safe...no deadbolt lock or catch on the door. A lot of construction going on and only one elevator was working making for a long wait.

Very disappointing

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We ended up in this condo because of a water line break in the condo we initially rented. The pricing was the same as the one we initially rented, only in much worse condition. Floors were dirty, king bed comforter had blood stains all over it, one twin bed comforter had blood stains, we had no washcloths or hand towels for 2 days, fridge was broken and leaking water, had a cockroach that we found and killed and what looked like cockroach droppings under the sink in kitchen. Overall, very disappointing
