This wonderful home has a desirable split floor plan with two guest bedrooms on one side and the master suite on the other. Recently remodelled, the home is open concept and faces the rear of the property with its lanai, pool and spa. There is a grass area beyond, and the Pelican's Nest golf course in the background. The living room is comfortable and has a large TV, music system and fan. The dining area is charming and seats eight. The kitchen has granite counters, stainless steel appliances and a separate eating area for four overlooking the front lawn. The relaxed feel and bright coastal vibe is felt in every room. Pets will be considered on an individual basis. Come and experience the best that SW Florida has to offer!

Beautiful home as advertised

Property was very nice. Host was excellent! Unfortunately stay had to be shortened due to our medical issue. Home was very clean and well equipped. Neighborhood was very quiet.

Charming house and great host!

We stayed in Lee's house in January and part of February 2023. The house is charmingly decorated and has a spotlessly clean outside pool and hot tub area. the house is directly on the Pelican Landing golf course but has a tree lined screen to provide privacy from golfers. We found Lee to be accessible and particularly responsive to any request we had. The neighbors are very friendly as well. We liked that when we had guests for a few days the second and third bedroom are set off from the main bedroom so everyone feels like they have private space. We would stay with Lee again!

Beautiful, Clean, and Comfortable!

We rented Lee's home for a month and it was beautiful! The house is beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you would need!! We had a little trouble getting registered as a renter with the old management company in order to access the amenities, but Lee did her best to rectify the situation in a timely manner. The new management company which took over while we were there was very helpful and accommodating. Lee was very easy to get a hold of and responded promptly. We enjoyed our time there.! The only negative thing was that we could not play music outside (even though a wireless speaker was provided). The neighbors complained day one. It was not late (6pm) and it was not loud. We were talking in a normal conversation volume. They again complained during the day one afternoon (1pm) when we had the speaker inside with a window open. We felt a little restricted as we were then nervous not to upset the neighbors.

Delightful stay in sunny, tropical retreat

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful two months at this lovely home. The house is wonderfully appointed and had everything we needed to make our stay relaxing and stress-free. The home is open, airy and the decor is warm and inviting. The screened back patio and pool is a delightful oasis. We spent many hours relaxing in and by the pool and loved the covered patio with the grill. The overhead fan on the patio made it a pleasant spot to be, even on the hottest days. The home is conveniently located near the tennis center and not too far from the kayack dock. Pelican Landing is a beuatiful community to explore on bike. Lee made our stay so easy and wonderful. We hope we have an opportunity to enjoy another stay soon!

Beautifully decorated and a comfortable stay.

This was a wonderful home away from home and very pet friendly. Beautifully decorated and completely equipped for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood was friendly and easy to walk for as long or short as you wanted to go. The owner was a delight to work with and I felt she was always there when I needed her. Absolutely no complaints and plan on returning this year.

It was the perfect home for our 2 month stay!

We were delighted with the home both inside and out. The home was spotless. Well laid out. The contemporary decor was fresh and airy. It was equipped with everything we needed for our 2 month stay from kitchen cooking dining and entertaining to bikes allowing us to explore the area. The outdoor area was private and spacious with lots of sunshine around the pool with shade under the covered dining area. I would recommend this home in Pelican Landing. It was perfect.

I'd highly recommend this property!

We were very happy with our rental at this property. The decor was beautiful, just as shown in the photos. Our family loved the pool and the beach park was amazing! The owner was very pleasant and easy to deal with. We didn't have to ask for anything as the house is well equipped.

Best stay in Bonita Springs

This comfortable and beautifully decorated 3 bedroom home was equipped with all the amenities needed to make a perfect holiday in Florida. Our stay in Pelican Landing was totally enjoyable, with numerous activities available to all; fitness classes, pickle ball, kayaking to name a few. The house is only a 15 minute drive to the airport, close to the beach, shopping and great restaurants. Many thanks to Lee, who was a pleasure to deal with and who has gone the extra mile to make sure all her guests feel welcome.

Why they chose this property

I love Pelican Landing for its amenities, great people and beautiful grounds. The location is superb. The property has a private beach island accessible by ferry. There are wonderful shops and restaurants only minutes away at Coconut Point and the public Gulf beaches are a 12 min drive. Naples is a 25 min drive south and the airport is a 25 min drive northeast. Miromar Outlet Mall is a 15 min drive.

What makes this property unique

This is an opportunity to stay in your own single family home in sunny Florida. The private pool, spa and outdoor space make it a haven to come home to after a day sightseeing, shopping or spending a day on the private beach. The kitchen is extremely well equipped, there is a grill outside on the lanai and there are many good restaurants only mins away!
