I can accept a 1-night stay for a weekend night if the date is within 2 days. Otherwise, Friday or Saturday nights are a mandatory 2-night minimum stay meaning: Thursday/Friday, Friday/Saturday, or Saturday/Sunday.

3 Bedroom Penthouse - Special Needs: King in master, queen in second, twins in third bedroom. Lower counters in kitchen and bathrooms, grab bars, ADA transfer bathtub. Maximum occupancy 6. Guest can use all facilities at the adjacent St. George WorldMark Resort as well.

The Resort maintains a high standard through its maintenance, upgrade, and refurbishment program. As a result the unit characteristics may change from time to time and vary.

When you check into the resort, the front desk will require a $100 security deposit hold against a credit/debit card in case any major damage should occur. The security deposit will be released back to you on the day of departure.

ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED! If you have a service animal, you must let us know in writing prior to booking.
