This stylishly updated oceanfront home in a coveted location on the natural pathway of the Seaside Promenade is a perfect retreat for your family

You’ll enjoy walks right out the door along a dune-grass-lined pathway to sea breezes, gorgeous views of Tillamook head, crashing surf and miles of sandy beach. You can also walk the Prom to the center of town, where Seaside’s shopping, dining and amusements will engage the whole family. After a day of beach exploration make sure to stop by the newly added outside shower. You’ll be glad to retreat to this spacious, contemporary home with fantastic ocean views over gently sloping dunes.

The living room, bathed in ocean light, boasts modern furniture, hardwood floors, a rustic stone fireplace and a large flat-screen smart TV. The dining room has an area that can seat 12 and adjoins a gorgeous, well-equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and quartz countertops. The three main-level bedrooms sleep seven and share a full and half bath that have been recently remodeled. For added privacy, the lower level has a sitting room with a flat screen TV, fully remodeled bath, and two bedrooms only accessible through an outside entrance.

An unfinished garage with a ping pong table with plenty of storage for any beach toys you want to bring during your stay. The upper back deck has both a gas and charcoal barbeque. An outdoor shower is located on the southside of the house.

Great house/location but not worth the price
The location was amazing. Right on the prom and great view of the ocean. Access to the lower rooms is outside - so not very convenient. Hand rails to do go up to the top of the stairs - we had a grandparents who struggled with them. The biggest issue was the price - absurdly high for what we got.

Location was great right on the beach. Having a bbq was nice. Layout was interesting. Tv down stairs was broken. They were unable to fix it during our stay but, they did send someone out to look at it. Overall would stay again.

Great place with in amazing location!
Our visiting family ranged from 1 to 86 and this was a great place for us all! We especially loved the spacious dining table, comfy couches, and unpictured perfect deck facing the water.

Beautiful views on the promenade

Great Reunion Spot
The house comfortably slept 12 people. The view is spectacular with easy access to the beach. I had a couple of questions for the management company and each time they answered the phone o the second ring. Great place.

We had a lovely time as a family in this house! Very well equipped! Loved the location which is right on the beach! Beautiful deck to enjoy the sunset! Very convenient to walk to Sea Side and enjoy the little town! Only criticism is the game room in the garage, where items are very tired. Overall would highly recommend and would stay again! Thank you!!

That view!
We went on a family trip. The location and view were fantastic. The kitchen table was perfect for dinners and games. The only advice is to remember to bring your own spices and cleaning supplies. They had laundry and dishwasher soap but no spray cleaner. Looking forward to the next time.

A Perfect Girls Weekend

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the most incredible long weekend in Seaside in this beautiful house! The views of the ocean were amazing, the kitchen is perfect, the smartTV with Netflix and YouTube was a unexpected perk, and the 7 of us enjoyed every moment here. We will be back next year!

We went found to celebrate my husband who passed away July 4th. For the family gathering it was a wonderful experience. There were a few easy to fix housekeeping issues. Not enough paper towels or TP for a group of 10. Hand towels in kitchen etc.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was well stocked with linens and kitchen items. The view is terrific with the location right on the Promenade. The only inconvenience is having a separate entry for the downstairs area. Parking is ample. The livingroom couch and cloth chairs need a good cleaning. They smelled musty. The downstairs bedroom with three beds needs new mattresses. The house was very clean and a great fit for large family/multi family stay.

A Time For Family
This is the perfect house to rent if you are large group as what we were. The beach is minutes away, you can watch the waves come in from the living room. In another direction, you are able to walk to town. The only thing that would make it a 5 star for us is to replace kitchen skillets, really in bad shape. Also, upstairs TV was very difficult to operate. No manuals to show how to operate all the different channels. There was 4 different clickers for us to try and figure how to operate. Small problems yes, but very meaningful.

Great location
The house is in a great location on the Prom and a short distance to the center of town. However, there were many issues and some concerns while our stay. The house had no hot water the entire time we were there. The check-in process was awful, we did not have the right codes to get in and they had to send someone out to check. The floors were disgusting, all of our socks and the bottom of our feet were black from walking around the house. The most concerning issue we had was as a group we were talking in the house about things we needed that the house seemed to be lacking, adequate knives to chop with, more pillows, and outside chairs. The next day we come back from in town and the owners walk into the home, unannounced and without knocking. They gave us knives, pillows, and outside chairs. We DID NOT let anyone know with the company the three things we had been talking about. There has to be a camera or a device to listen to you because no one would have known that besides the people that were staying with us. It was very creepy and very unprofessional. We left the house before our checkout time and was at lunch when we received a phone call from the property management company that we needed to leave the property and the cleaning crew was there....and that it was past the time of checkout. We had not been on the property for over 40 minutes. I'm disappointed with our stay, to say the least.

Family reunion
We had a wonderful time and good weather. Other family members stayed in rentals within blocks of us. We picnicked on the beach and celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary there as well.

After Lockdown Getaway
The house was exactly as described and provided a beautiful place to stay. The beach was easy to access and the beach combing was great. I would recommend this house to anyone looking.
