Great beach location!

This was one of our best beach stays ever. The property was as described online ——clean, a well-equipped kitchen, extremely comfortable beds, and even bikes! The home is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the beach via short trail or paved path to town. Meredith Lodging was easy to work with we will definitely be back soon!

Lovely Abode in Great Location

Had a great Labor Day weekend stay here. Cozy home with a great layout. Loved the kitchen, all the spices, and the Viking range. Quick walk over the dune - on the wooden boardwalk - to the beach. Pointers as to how to improve guest satisfaction: Replace the big frying pan which has a very loose handle. The living room would benefit from a TV on the wall above the fireplace. Also, the couches are too small and uncomfortable. Suggest a L or U shaped couch.

Short getaway with kids

We had a great stay for six (two young kids shared the futon)! Property was clean and comfortable. Everyone had a wonderful time. Easy walk to Pelican and dune as well as several treks to the beach. Great communication and easy arrival/departure, would recommend to anyone looking for a place in Pacific City.

House seemed dirty. No room in kitchen to put food. Had to take random kitchen stuff and move it. The cabinets were a cluster. I’m certain we left it cleaner than when we got there I would suggest getting a tv in the living room. Picking up and cleaning garage would be good

Excellent Location - Stand Along Unit

Excellent location in Pacific City great for our family of 4. Short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The unit is a free standing single story house within the Shore Pines community with a garage. Furniture and carpets in the unit could use an update otherwise the rest of the space was excellent.

Family friendly in small community

We absolutely loved our stay, the house was spacious and had everything we needed. Right off the back porch is a paved walking path that goes directly to the beach. It's family-friendly, quaint, feels like Sunriver Resort at the beach. We are already booking for next year!

Comfortable stay

Overall the house was great. The walk to the beach was longer than expected. One room is definitely more appealing than the other two. Keep that in mind when booking with friends. Amenities of the house were great. Appreciated boots for the beach. You’ll need them for the walk especially in winter or spring.

quiet coastal

Clean and well appointed: comfortable beds, furnishings, and an unusually well equipped kitchen. No view except the neighbors, but handy to the beach.... a short walk. The layout of the bedrooms is typical: a master suite and two small rooms, designed for a couple with kids. Hard to find homes designed for 3 or 4 single adults, but this home was our best option and we made it work.

Fun spot!

We had a great time and the house was perfect! About a 3-4 minute walk to the beach and the house was exactly as described/pictured. Communicating with property management was incredibly slow which was surprising. We will most definitely be back!

Best 4th of July Family Vacation

My whole family stayed here for a few nights over 4th of July weekend. The house was great! Nice and open with a great back deck. The walking path to the beach was perfect. Side note: if you have trouble walking uphill this path might not be the best for you. My only complaint was the carpet in the main bedroom had an odor (due to allowing dogs I assume) to it and looks like it's the original carpeting that was put in when the house was built. Other than that everything else was pristine. Would definitely book again!

Great location

Very easy to reserve from start to finish. Great location, short walk to beach! Had a great time with friends for our annual trip to the beach. Spare bedroom bed was very low to ground, but comfortable! Great kitchen and stocked well for all our needs.

Sweet house in a great location!

The house was perfect for our family trip to the coast. Easy walk to the beach and ice cream shop! Several families all rented homes in the same community and kids were able to roam between homes.
