You’ll have plenty of room to invite family and friends to join you in Sunriver at White Elm 28, a bright, open 2,200 sq. ft. home with an upper-level great room perfect for entertaining. With gorgeous mountain views, a wooded setting, and a wrap-around deck with a dining table and chairs, gatherings can spill into the outdoors with ease. A vaulted ceiling, wood burning fireplace, huge flat-screen TV, stereo and leather sofas give you a luxurious space to kick back and watch the game or gather for conversation. The dining room seats eight with an additional 4 seats at the breakfast bar, and the fully equipped kitchen gives you lots of dining options. A king Primary suite is on the main level, with three bedrooms on the lower level with easy access to the hot tub. Bikes come with the home, so all of Sunriver is easy to reach without the car. Nearby Fort Rock Park has tennis courts, walking trails, basketball courts and a large playground. Use the home’s SHARC passes for year-round swimming, take a bike ride to the village, or try your hand at water sports on the nearby Deschutes River. White Elm 28 gives you a wonderful place to return after time exploring, whether you’re enjoying the delights of Bend in summer or the slopes of Mt. Bachelor in winter.

Very nice home plenty of room and large 2nd floor deck. Beautiful view of Mt Bachelor! Quiet neighborhood. Close to bike trails and excellent communication with property managers especially when we left a wallet they called immediately when housekeepers found it.

Friends retreat
Would absolutely book again! Perfect property for 3 couples, the 3 king beds is a rare find. You will spend more time on that amazing wrap around deck than you think you will. It was wonderful from morning coffee to evening dinner and wine.

We had a terrific time at this lovely home. The wrap-around deck was big enough to fit all of us, as was the dining room table. The master suite was huge. The SHARC passes were awesome - you gotta check out the pool! The ping pong table in the garage was a great way to start our vacation with laughter. Great place!

The house and property were fantastic. Booking process was super easy. When I called the management company with a question they were responsive and helpful. Only downside was when we went to use the hot tub, there was a dead frog inside. Kind of ruined it for that evening, but otherwise this was a great property.

The place was clean and organized. I was impressed with the refrigerator size, plenty of room for a big group. The only unfortunate thing about my stay was that the hot tub was mid 70’s when our group arrived at 5:00pm and didn’t warm up to temperature until 4:30pm the next evening. It was one of the main reasons for us renting this specific rental.

I would recommend this house. The beds are comfortable, the house is clean and in a great location. I would recommend that anyone renting this property bring their own laundry detergent and dish towels. The kitchen sink leaked during our stay and we could tell that it had leaked before. I texted the management company and they responded immediately. The repair person was out 4 hours later and the leak was fixed. The management company asked us to mop up all the water from the leak with towels- which we had done- but you do not get any additional towels. One kitchen towel, for 5 days with 10 people is not enough.

The house was clean and looked like the pictures
The hot tub however had half of the jets not working and one really powerful one that was like a whirlpool. The furniture was dated which is fine but the couch slanted downwards into the back cushions. It could stand some updating but it was clean and that was more important to me. Overall a good stay.

Overall very good. The only thing I would say is- communicate that sun river store, grocery and amenities are impacted. We had to book the pool and had to go online day of to ensure we could get in.

Perfect for our getaway
We had a wonderful time and would recommend to others. Only issue we encountered is one of the bikes has a pedal that is not attached properly and no tools on site to fix the issue ourselves. AMAZING water pressure is probably my favorite part ;) Nothing better than a nice hot well pressured shower. The teens enjoyed the hot tub and easy access to surrounding activities.
