About this property

Downtown Petoskey location, blocks from shopping and dining. Clean and Cozy!

Newly renovated and ready for your family vacation or get-away weekend. Three bedrooms upstairs, comfy kitchen, dining area and living room. Upstairs full bathroom has a shower and is fully remodeled. Rare unit close to downtown, playgrounds, bike trails and shopping. Hardwood floors throughout. We have Window air conditioners and fans. Washer and dryer on site. Tv, firestick and wireless provided. No smoking in townhouse. No Pets please. Fully private entrance but back deck and yard are shared with guests in the other unit. This is a very comfortable place to stay with the family.

Great Property and location!!!

We loved this property! It was very comfortable, clean and Colleen was very accommodating. The kitchen was stocked well and the extra bedding and towels were nice too. The property is very close to town and we walked to the waterfront and the shopping. We had no issues at all!

Cute Place, but 9pm bed time

The place was adorable and perfect for 2 soccer moms and their girls. It was walking distance to downtown which was great. However, when they say 9pm quiet time, they mean bed time. We were just talking at the kitchen table and the neighbor called the cops because we were disturbing her peace. That was the only bad part, loved the place even though the neighbor is cranky.

Great location

The unit was great! It met all our needs and the location was good. The kitchen and dining room were larger than they appeared in the pictures. We enjoyed the deck with the view of the bay. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place and location!

This was the perfect place for my family. We visited for 10 days for a wedding and extended family vacation and this place was perfect for us. We loved how we could walk to restaurants and shops but centrally located to other attractions in Northern Michigan. The place was clean and had all necessities for a family of 4. We highly suggest this rental!

Everything was very nice. Owner added some nice touches with recommendations of things to do in the area. Also provided a beach bag which came in handy with grandkids. The unit had everything we needed for some stay at home meals. We were close to downtown and it was a nice walk.

Great stay in Petoskey

Colleen was a terrific host. She was very responsive to questions before and during the stay and offered suggestions about the local community. The property was great - it was just 2 blocks from town, the house was very comfortable, and meet our needs. Thanks for hosting our family at your property. Great stay!

This is the second time staying at this property and it will not be our last! The location is great and the unit is clean and well maintained. The owner is always available should you need her. There is also a view of the water to watch the sunsets.

Great place to stay in Petoskey

It was a wonderful place to stay for the week, overall excellent. Close to downtown and the wedding venue on Saturday. Enjoyed shopping, restaurants. It had all the amenities we needed for our stay.

Great home away from home

Stayed there over Labor Day weekend to attend wedding festivities for a dear friend. It was a perfect spot for us, location walkable to the restaurant area, short drive to the park, enjoyed playing baseball in the backyard with my son.

Long term stay in Petosky

Very convenient location as it’s walkable to downtown, parks and little traverse bay marina. Any issues that arose (with appliances for example) owner was on top of and resolved promptly. Very comfortable king size bed for our length of stay.

Great location and comfortable accommodations

We really loved our stay at this property. We had 4 adults and the space was just great for us. The kitchen is well-appointed for cooking meals at home and the location is perfect for easy walks to town or down to the harbor. I especially liked the view off the back porch where you can sit in a chair and see the lake off in the distance. Our host was easily accessible and helped us with some great local recommendations. We will likely be back for another stay!

Very convenient to downtown Petoskey

Exactly as stated. No surprises. Very convenient location. Well stocked house. Owner very responsive and helpful. Really enjoyed the bell tower of St Francis and location to downtown, Bayfront Park, grocery stores, 131, and casino. My only suggestion would be to replace the outside grill. Loved the deck and view of Traverse Bay. Would definitely stay again.

Everything went great. Easy check-in and great communication. Close to downtown and a free ev charger around the block. Well stocked kitchen. Tons of things to do in the area and this place is centrally located. Ended up meeting the owners and they are delightful! BTW the place is bigger than the photos show, a nice surprise.

Excellent location

Excellent location walking distance to downtown Petoskey. The house was exactly as described in the summary. Very comfortable for a family of 4 and the hot shower was amazing after a long day of bicycling to Charlevoix. Property manager was very responsive. We will definitely come back.

Great house, Fantastic Location

This is our third time at this property, first time on this side of the duplex. Love that you can walk right into Petosky for dinner, coffee, or shopping. A short drive to three ski mountains. House is comfortable and well stocked with what our family needs for a weekend away from home. The host, Colleen, is super responsive to emails. Easy check in and easy check out process. Hope to one day make it up here in the warmer months. Love this place, will return.

My husband and I have lived in Petoskey for 25 years! We live a couple blocks away and are available if you need us. We brought this home in 2012 and completely remodeled it, creating a lovely, family vacation place. We are so happy to host you! We like to introduce ourselves to guests when possible but will respect your privacy. We enjoy meeting people from all over the country and look forward to meeting you.
