Why they chose this property
Featuring brand new swimming pool and spacious sun deck with lounge seats and sunbeds for all guests. Only two apartments for rent in the building both on the ground floor, each with private entrance, own parking, terrace and BBQ. With maximum privacy, sharing only pool and space around the pool. Even better come with friends or family and rent both apartments and than even the pool and pool area is just for you.
Opric is residential area in the suburbs of Opatija, and it is settled above village of Ika, between Icici and Lovran. The whole Riviera is on the slopes and at the foothill of Ucka mountain where the mountain touches the Adriatic sea so walking up and down the hill is obligatory :). But thanks to that except for swimming and sun bathing you can hike or take a bike and enjoy Nature Park Ucka in all its biodiversity in flora and fauna and breath taking views.
You can also take a good book, read, drink and rest under the palm tree ;D.
