At checkout, please start the dishwasher and also wash and start drying all used towels.

Perfect for a family!!!

Clean property and lots of kitchen utensils and extra pillows and towels and wash cloths. In other properties I have stayed at there are always Limited towels and I worry about having enough, but there were just tons! I really appreciated that! Bonus is having a washer and dryer! It was wonderful having a total of three bedrooms and two bathrooms for such a reasonable price. That plus having three full size couches meant that our family of five was not piled up on top of each other when we were there LOL. I would definitely recommend this property. Short drive to the zoo and State Museum. No negatives here! Communicative property owner.

Very Pleasant Stay

Although our stay was short it was pleasant, the host and house were accommodating. The house looks exactly like the pics, very spacious. The neighborhood is quiet and close to several restaurants/ downtown. The host responds to any questions/needs in a timely manner. I would stay again & definitely recommend. Ty again

Still a nice place!!!

This was my second stay at the riverfront and its still a nice out of the way place. Clean and simple, the pool table on the back patio is great for friends to pass some time. I just hope the update the TVs to smart TVs so I could use my firestick or log into my NETFLIX, but that was not a big issue for me.

Short stay for BCT Graduation

We were in town for a short stay to attend our son's basic training graduation. The house was a perfect fit for us. It was a short and easy drive over to Fort Jackson. The house was clean and had everything that was advertised. I would definitely recommend a stay here. I wouApproximately Drive time

Went to Columbia for a USC football game. House is about 5 miles from William Brice. Great corner spot…porch area with the pool table is great. Worked well for us

We came from Texas and Alabama the house was great for our group 7 adults slept comfortably. Fully stocked kitchen. They loved playing pool.. Definitely great experience to the hurricane Debby.

The house was exactly as advertised and perfect for our 2 night stay for my family. Bathrooms & Bedroom were clean. Kitchen was clean and well stocked. Was close to zoo & museums which were of interest to us. If we get to Columbia again, would definitely stay again.

Clean, comfortable and welcoming home

This home has everthing we needed to make our visit as comfortable as possible. It was immaculately clean, had every amenity provided and felt much more like home than any hotel possbly could. We would definitely recommend staying at this home for anyone interested in visiting the columbia area.

It was a nice stay and close to the base that we attended for graduation. Got to just hang out with our loved one talking ,tv and playing pool. Also , made one of his favorite meals.

Nice place to stay. A lot of what you need was available. Nice for a large group (6-10) esp. adults. Lots of tvs, but Direct tv blah! Close to our destination. Host very responsive. Slow drain front bath...lawn needed to be cut. But Nice would stay there again!

Not the best. Not the worst.

The online description of the property was off. It says the house is on a canal. It’s not. It’s within walking distance of a canal. It makes it sound like it’s a lot closer to downtown than it is, although it is an easy drive. The microwave was FILTHY and the mugs in the cabinet had dried crust inside them and they all had to be washed. The front porch was dirty and dusty and and not welcoming to sit on.

Graduation

The property is perfectly located for all different activities. We had graduation at Fort Jackson and a lot of celebrating at restaurants. Whichever direction we went, it was less than 20 mins. House was clean and all necessities were there. The canal river walk is right there and that was a nice bonus. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone visiting the area.

Perfect Location!

Great location, didn't have to travel more than 20 minutes to any of our destinations. Quiet, older neighborhood, with access to Columbia Canal River Trail, just steps front the home. This is strictly a rental property, no frills (except the pool table) just the basics, but has everything you'll need.

Fort Jackson BCT. Great place to stay

Fantastic experience at this property. We spent 4 days/3nights here during Fort Jackson BCT Graduation. We slept 8 people very comfortably. Plenty of room to play games in the evening. Worked well for our purpose. I will certainly recommend this to anyone! We had some communication w the host and he always responded in a timely manner. We needed to extend our reservation for a day and he accommodated us. We will definitely return if we are in this area again. I
