PRIME LOCATION! Enjoy this inviting 2BR, 2BA condo right in the heart of Newpark Town Center, just minutes away from shopping and dining options, not to mention fantastic live performance venues. Walking distance from a multitude of restaurants for any budget or taste. Ideally situated only minutes from three world-class ski resorts, championship golf courses, historic Old Town, and the Olympic Park. Free shuttles to any of the three ski resorts (Deer Valley, Park City, and The Canyons) or Main St. Park City are just 200 yards from the door. Park your car in the unit's one car garage and walk or ride to all Park City activities without fighting winter conditions.

INSIDE THE CONDO
The 1250 sq ft residence has a pleasant ambiance and cozy living/kitchen area with rustic beams and gas fireplace. The main living area is tastefully decorated and has a wall-mounted 65" Smart television with complimentary internet service and WiFi for your enjoyment. There is also a DVD player with selected movies, games and puzzles for your entertainment. Just outside the living room is a private terrace with beautiful views of the Olympic training center, ski jump and surrounding mountains. The condo has a private 1 car garage, central heating and air and washer/dryer for your convenience. The unit sits above shops and businesses in central Kimball Junction.

A fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher and stainless steel refrigerator with ice and water allows you to prepare your meals in or else enjoy the many restaurants in the area.

The condo sleeps 6 guests. The upstairs bedroom has twin beds with ample closet and dresser space and full bath. The master bedroom with queen bed has a flat screen TV, full bath and deck to enjoy the wonderful mountain views. The upstairs sofa pulls out for additional sleeping accommodations. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans for your comfort.

***This condo offers check in and check out with no person-to-person contact. All high-touch surfaces are cleaned with disinfectant and all towels and bedding are washed in hot water that's at least 60C/140F***

The Park City area offers a wonderful experience whether you enjoy skiing, hiking, mountain biking, golfing, fly fishing, shopping, or the arts. This is an ideal spot for a family vacation or a couples getaway.

Centrally located condominium with access to world class skiing, Sundance Film Festival, Utah Olympic Park, historic downtown Park City, world class golf, tennis, PCMR Alpine slide and zip line, river rafting, fly fishing, plus restaurants, shopping and many other attractions.
The condominium unit does not have fitness facilities, however, just around the corner is Basin Recreation Center which is a 87,000 sq ft athletic center that has workout equipment, lap pools and hot tubs. Daily and multi-punch passes as well as military rates are available. Check for current pricing.
Park City transit provides free bus and shuttle service to all major ski resorts, downtown Park City and the outlet malls. In addition there is the Kimball Junction Circulator which is a flag-down service for the immediate Newpark area. All bus, Park City trolley and Circulator routes are available on the MyStop app.

Perfect Stay

This property was clean as a whistle, conveniently located with everything you would need for your stay along with being a 15 minute drive to downtown Park City. The unit is furnished very nicely and minimally, kitchen was stocked and the fireplace was a nice addition, along with the convenience of having a washer & dryer and garage. I would not hesitate to stay here again in the future and do hope to return!

Lovely Newport Condo

This was a beautiful condo in an excellent location. There are a number of unique restaurants within walking distance plus a grocery store, movie theatre, shopping and ice cream parlors.Close behind the condo there is a nature preserve with a walking and biking trail. The hosts are great!! We spent three summer months at the condo and plan to return.

Delightful Ski vacation

We had a wonderful week long stay. Appreciate all the perks- garage door opener! A very chilly week so convenient having garage. Heads up- it’s a very small opening so smaller cars no problem but we had a small suv and had to pull side view mirrors in . 🙃 Loved the comfort of the condo, location Super and views of mountains spectacular. Well equipped unit. Games, books, stocked kitchen.👍👍

Amazing stay

This condo is fantastic. It has everything you could possibly need. We had two kids in the twin beds aged 7 and 9 and a baby in a portable crib, plus my husband and i. The fireplace was so cozy, the extra large tub was amazing, we drove to the 7-11 and took the free gondola up to park city base camp. Plenty of room. Washer and dryer. Key amenities. Got food from across the street, coffee, all the great stuff. Condo was impeccably clean and stocked with everything you could need. Walmart and Smiths extra close for food. Really fantastic location, super great condo. Our baby isn’t walking yet but you’d want a gate if yours is. Really fantastic trip and the condo was close to all the things we wanted and needed. Oh and the kids loved all the board games! We played lots of Scrabble :)

Condo is located 3 miles from the Canyons ski area. Its in a shopping center with restaurants and bars within a 5 minute walk. The place is perfect for four people. Everything you need to cook is available in the kitchen. The only thing it doesn’t have is a bbq grill with would be nice in the summer. We were all very pleased.

Great time, the PM company didn’t provide us with the codes for the gates or garage until we called and notified them it wasn’t in the email. Property management was very prompt on addressing issues.

Complicated Entry

New carpeting, well stocked and great beds. The codes providing access to the property were incorrect upon our arrival, and the garage door panel did not work until our last day there. Our entries and departures were much more complicated than they needed to be. A safety bar in the downstairs shower would be a great help.

60th Birthday Celebration

Great place to relax after mountain biking on the local trails, right from the condo, or a day riding up at Deer Valley resort bike park. The condo was very comfortable, clean and close to shops and restaurants. Loved our stay!

Great Location in Park City

Our family stayed here for a lacrosse tournament in Park City. We had teammates staying all over the place and I can say our location is the best. Walk to restaurants and shops, easy highway access and even a free concert next door. The home had everything we need and lots of space for a family of four to spread out. Beds were comfortable and home was spotless. We will be booking again next year

Great condo in an excellent location

My husband and I stayed here with our girls (ages 15 and 12) for a ski trip to Alta and Deer Valley. The location of the condo is unbeatable. Right in the heart of the Newpark complex, this condo is close to Whole Foods and Smiths, and a two-minute drive to yummy restaurants like Loco Lizards and Full House Asian Bistro. We rented our skis from Breeze, which is just down the ramp -- super convenient. We've stayed in other locations before (like Black Rock Ridge), and this was the first trip that we did not have to worry about forgetting things at the store -- super easy to get whatever we needed. The condo itself is very well-equipped. There is a cozy living room with an easy-to-use gas fireplace, and a huge, user-friendly television. The kitchen has what you need to make quick breakfasts and dinners -- a well-functioning dishwasher, a good-sized fridge, and a nice stove. Upstairs is a bedroom with two twin beds and an adjoining bathroom, and downstairs is a second bedroom with a queen bed and another adjoining bathroom. The bathrooms are up-to-date and (unlike other places we have stayed) we never ran out of hot water. The owners were wonderful and very responsive. We ended up having to leave a night early because our daughter got sick, and they very graciously gave us a night's rent back even though the cancellation period had long past. Definitely stay here if you have the chance!

We are sisters who live in Portland, Oregon and San Jose, California. We were traveling through Utah and fell in love with the high altitude beauty of Park City. We ended up purchasing the property as a family meeting place and the property has met and exceeded all of our expectations. We know that you will love the unit and its location as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

We purchased this property at Newpark Terrace because we liked the mixed use format with restaurants and shops literally at our feet. Having the free shuttle to get around without fighting traffic is a bonus. We wanted a quiet area but also wished to have access to everything Park City has to offer including world class sporting venues, restaurants and unique shops. The views of the surrounding mountains and Olympic training center added to the appeal and are truly spectacular. The property is close to walking trails, skiing, mountain biking trails and situated on the edge of the Swaner Reserve and EcoCenter. All furnishings and amenities have been recently purchased and the unit will provide a warm and inviting stay.

What makes this property unique

Just 30 minutes from Salt Lake City airport, it's easy to get to, and once there, easy to get around without driving. This comfortable condo offers all the amenities you would need for a memorable vacation.
