About this property

14 McLardy Court, Cowes - backing onto the Golf course

Tastefully furnished with everything you need for a relaxing holiday and set on a large partially fenced sandy block is this holiday home set up perfectly for 2 families or family gathering.

The main living area is open plan with modern kitchen and central dining with seating for 8. Polished floor boards throughout making for easy relaxed living. Warm up with the Coonara wood heater or split system heating/cooling whilst watching the flat screen TV or DVD on the comfy sofa's. There are also ceiling fans in all rooms. The kitchen has electric cooking and a microwave along with lots of serving platters, salad bowls etc.

The four bedrooms are zoned! There is a queen and singles room and a bathroom on each side of the house.

There is a lovely deck with outdoor setting and gas BBQ in the backyard. There are no fences at the rear of the property as it opens up directly to the golf course.

Only 400 metres to the best beach in Cowes and walking distance to shops, restaurants and tennis and oval.

Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels.
Alternatively, you can hire linen directly through LinenOnLoan for this property.

You will need to complete an online check-in form (Guests are required to provide a photo identification and credit card) closer to your arrival date. If you are not comfortable with this requirement, please refrain from making a booking.

We'll set up house, quiet location

The house is great, very comfortable and we'll laid out.Managing agent insisted that linen was not included and must be supplied or rented through 3rd party, however linen was supplied and hundreds of dollars wasted on rented linen.

Spacious and comfortable

All good inside Plenty of room Beds comfortable Kitchen and lounge large Good for kids Nice walk to the beach and not far to drive to Main Street Except there are no power points in bathrooms. And the stairs front abs crack require railings. This has been reported. Difficult to use when you gave poor mobility. But all thi gs considered we really enjoyed out stay.
