The large dining table and well-equipped kitchen with stone bench tops and European appliances are perfect for preparing and enjoying meals together. A second dinning setting is nestled between the large windows, perfect for smaller and intimate meals.
The 3/4 pool table with billiards and pool balls is a great touch, providing extra fun and entertainment for guests. And the surrounding decks with comfortable outdoor furniture and a Weber Gas BBQ are the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
Downstairs the four spacious bedrooms and well-designed bathrooms offer ample comfort and convenience for larger groups of up to 10 people. The laundry facilities including washing machine, dryer, cleaning products/equipment, ironing board, iron, trough and bench top. An added bonus is the hot/cold outdoor shower allowing guests to easily clean up after a day at the beach.
The inclusion of Wifi throughout the house and easy check-in and check-out with a key access safe are thoughtful touches that enhance the overall guest experience.
