Loads of windows make this holiday unit bright and sunny. The lounge area has flat screen tv and dvd player, comfortable sofas (2 chairs are recliners) and heating is provided by a split system unit. The kitchen is fully self contained with electric cooking, a dishwasher and microwave. The dining table seats 6 and the dining area opens up to the courtyard.
There are three bedrooms, the main bedroom has an ensuite. The family bathroom has a bath and shower. A separate laundry has a washing machine, an iron and ironing board.
The court yard is fully fenced and has a gas bbq and small outdoor setting. There is room for a single car in the garage and parking for an additional car in front of the garage.

Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels.
