This is a lovely spacious family holiday home located in the quiet suburb of Cape Woolamai.

The inviting, light filled open plan living area has plenty of space for everyone and includes a fully equipped kitchen which has all you need including electric oven and cooktop, Microwave oven and a dishwasher for a fast clean up! (Even a bar fridge!)

Enjoy a movie in the lounge room upstairs and a bbq on the large back deck. The front deck offers views of the island and is a
great spot to catch the afternoon sun while watching the helicopters take off and land from the nearby airport. Late in the day enjoy a drink and enjoy the spectacular sunsets from the elevated deck. Or, sit in the morning sun on the back balcony and watch the kids play in the backyard.

The main bedroom, also located upstairs, features a comfy queen size bed, views, an en-suite bathroom and large walk in robes.

Downstairs offers two large bedrooms with bunks and double beds, a second bathroom, separate toilet and laundry with a washing machine. The downstairs sitting room has a tv and two comfy couches and is a nice quiet space to relax.

A split system air conditioner keeps the house cool in summer and warm in winter. The carport allows for 2 cars to be parked under cover with further parking space for an additional two vehicles on site.

The fully enclosed shady back yard is ideal for the kids to play safely.

The property is pet friendly (by application only, conditions apply) so your four legged friend can come and enjoy the holidays with you, but must remain off of the furniture and must not go in any bedrooms.

Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels.
Alternatively, you can hire linen directly through LinenOnLoan for this property.

You will need to complete an online check-in form (Guests are required to provide a photo identification and credit card) closer to your arrival date. If you are not comfortable with this requirement, please refrain from making a booking.

Good location, very comfortable and well equipped
Overall this is a great property: spacious bedrooms with comfy beds, two large balconies, nice views, well equipped kitchen and working dishwasher!Few small things that may improve the experience:1. Red rubbish been was full to a brim (we had to use fiends bin to dispose our rubbish)2. When we arrive neither bathroom had toilet paper (not huge deal but it would be nice)3. Outside BBQ not in great condition luckily we brought our own

House was great but extras were not
House was great and the location was good. Our fur babies were welcome however access to the back yard was a bit awkward as there was no actual door directly to the yard. Had to access it via a side do and then through a gate, so we had to put them on a lead during the transfer. Supplies such as Toilet Paper was minimal and No sugar was provided. Let a required $400 bond due to dogs however, it took nearly 2 weeks and 3 phone calls to have it returned, even though the house was left spotless.

Needs some tender care
Over all a good family holiday home with plenty of room, parking, great location and good views. Unfortunately it needs a good clean update and some tender care to make it a great place to stay.
