This property offers an open plan fully equipped kitchen with gas cooking and dining area, opening up onto an entertaining deck, which includes outdoor seating and bbq. Perfect for hot summer nights!

Relax in the lounge with all the comforts you need. Large screen TV, dvd player and free wifi. A split system for heating and cooling. Open up the stack doors from both the lounge and dining area to extend your living space.

The property has 3 bedrooms. The family bathroom has a spa bath and separate shower.

Master bedroom has a king size bed, walk in robe and ensuite and split system for heating & cooling.
Conveniently, bedroom 2 has 2 King Single beds that can join to make a king bed. With a wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps, along with a ceiling fan to keep you cool on the summer nights.
Bedroom 3 has a Queen size bed, wardrobes, bedside tables, lamps and TV.

Beautifully presented, this really is a lovely home in a great location, perfect for your next family holiday or weekend getaway.

For all other bookings please ensure you bring your own top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels or linen can be hired through South Coast Laundry Services.

You will need to complete an online check-in form (Guests are required to provide a photo identification and credit card) closer to your arrival date. If you are not comfortable with this requirement, please refrain from making a booking.

Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Comfortable spacious unit in a great location!

We had a great time in this unit. Unfortunately we had a rocky check-in being told we would receive check-in details closer to our stay which never came. Luckily O'Brien's real estate (who handle the rental) were easy to find on the main Street and had a key for us. The unit is the first of 5 units on the block so we had our own driveway. The street was super quiet and the house has an alarm so very safe. Bedrooms were spacious and the loungeroom was very comfy with a sliding door that blocked the tv noise from the kids rooms. Location was perfect. Coles right around the corner and beach within walking distance. Would highly recommend.

Cosy House ,Great Location!

We are so happy to have had the opportunity to holiday in this hse as a family. The hse was clean,bright well presented and a walking distance to cowes for shopping and the beach. Apart from linen which would have been great to include in the package, as a family we could not ask for a more better and csierplace than this house. We will be back! See you soon :). Ed

Great Location, Fantastic Property

This townhouse is very spacious and light, in a quiet street and so close to the local coles, shops and beach. It is well equipped with foxtel, three air conditioners, a good bbq and more! We would stay here again.
