There are 4 bedrooms in the house and a bungalow too. The master bedroom is upstairs and has a super king bed with walk in robe, en-suite with bath, shower, toilet and floor heating, tv, Split system and ceiling fan.
The other 3 bedrooms are downstairs and all have carpet. The main bathroom is downstairs and has a bath, toilet and shower. The bungalow has a queen bed, tv, bar heating and ensuite too with shower and toilet.
The main living area upstairs is open plan with tv, dvd, wood fire, split system and views from the deck off the lounge area. There is an outdoor setting on the deck to soak up the views and enjoy a summer lunch or bbq. The downstairs living area has a couch and access to the very private front garden area. The modern fully equipped kitchen has electric oven, gas cooktop, dishwasher and everything you need for a family lunch or dinner. The floorboards are low maintenance too and there is a ducted vacuum system for easy cleaning convenience during your stay.
One parking space is available under the carport as a jetski (not available for guest use) is left in the second spot permanently!
