Features include three bedrooms, main with small LCD T.V mounted on the wall. The kitchen, with breakfast bar, electric cooking appliances and mircrowave, along with all your essentials to feed the family. The open plan living/dining area has a flat screen T.V. There is a separate laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer. An air-conditioner in the lounge, along with a wall heater for the cooler months. The bathroom has a bath and separate shower.
Additional features include a large backyard, (not fully fenced) and a long driveway for ample off-street parking.

Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels.
Alternatively, you can hire linen directly through LinenOnLoan for this property.
A refundable Bond is required in addition to your nightly tariff for all bookings, in case of accidental damage. The refundable Bond will be returned back to you, subject to an inspection of the property on your departure.
Additionally, booking through “Obrien Real Estate” necessitates completion of an online check-in process closer to your arrival date, including providing a Photo ID and a credit/debit card.
