Sit back and enjoy the peace and quiet in this very comfortable, immaculate holiday home. Only a short drive to Grand Prix Circuit, Penguin Parade and Cowes main shopping area and glimpses of the sea from the deck and lounge.

The living kitchen and dining is open plan and sunny, there is a very comfortable lounge with flat screen tv and dvd player, a wood fire plus a split system heating and cooling unit. Easy living with polished timber floorboards and the bedrooms are carpeted. The kitchen is fully self contained with electric cooking and a microwave, there are plenty of salad bowls and platters perfect for bbqs out on the deck. The deck is at the rear of the house with rural views and distant water views, a gas BBQ and outdoor setting make this the perfect spot for sitting relaxing and alfresco dining.

There are 3 bedrooms and a family bathroom, the laundry is well equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. There is ample off street parking with room for a boat, the back garden is fully fenced and has a large grassy area.

This property sleeps a total of 6 people and is pet friendly, strictly outside only but not recommended for larger dogs - pets are always by application only!
