Family-Friendly, Newly Renovated Ranch Home!!

We invite you to gather in our newly renovated, beautiful ranch style home with a heated pool. Centrally located, it is ready for Eckerd College families! Minutes away from beaches, golf, trails, downtown St. Pete & Tampa with easy access from I-275. We take great pride in keeping it clean, organized, and lovingly cared for year-round. Our home
offers gorgeous 3BR, 2 BA, living room, dining room, kitchen eating area, kitchen and laundry. It has beautiful, quality upgrades throughout.

**Bed & Bathrooms: The master has a king size bed with large en suite bathroom and giant walk-in closet. The second bedroom is beautifully "Florida," offering a queen size bed. The third bedroom is a perfect room for kids, complete with two twins, one of which is a trundle bed and playroom space. The second bathroom is conveniently located between these two bedrooms for easy access by your guests. Bath and beach towels are provided for your use. A twin roll away is stored in the Queen bedroom closet.

***Key amenities include a full kitchen, washer and dryer (detergent provided), garage, fenced yard with in ground pool, and gas grill, all located on spacious patio, great for entertaining. Wake up and enjoy a cup of coffee on the back patio, enjoy waffles in the breakfast nook, entertain family in the open concept living room, cuddle up in front of the big screen to watch movies, or have a big family meal around the large dining room table.

****We welcome families and have everything you might need while traveling with your infant, toddlers, and/or young children.****
We are parents/grandparents of little ones too, so safety is important when we travel. We like to think we have thought of everything. Our children's play area is filled with books, toys, and balls. We provide both pool and beach toys as well (please keep them separate...no sand in the pool!). An outdoor shower is great to wash off from the beach! We also provide an IKEA high-chair and an IKEA toddler chair (tall enough to sit at either table, but small, just for the kids).

Great home away from home
Everything about this home was warm welcoming and accommodating for our family. From the decor to the amenities, it catered to our every need for a comfortable short stay near the beach. In addition, the pool was actually a great perk for swimming at any time during the day. We totally embraced this location as a summer home. Great choice! Grateful for living up to everything we read about the property prior to arriving. It was worth every cent invested! Thank You for the hospitality!

Perfect location!!
We came down for a family vacation while moving our youngest into Eckerd College for his first year! Beautiful, well-stocked, clean house with everything you could need while away from home! Just an hour south are some of the best sharktoothing beaches...we found so many! We went to St Pete Beach and loved heading to the Pier in the evenings. Teak and Cassis were amazing restaurants! Nan is excellent at anticipating any questions you may have and there is a very informative binder with all needed information. We will definitely be back again over the next 4 years!

Awesome Fun Filled Vacstion!
The house was beautiful! Anything you can think of, they had. My children and granddaughter loved the pool! We relaxed, ate to much, drank to much, and enjoyed every moment of our time there. We ate at Crabby’s On the Pass, it’s one of our favorites. Right on the water, beautiful sunsets and dolphins jumping in the water. We were 💯 more than happy with our stay. Nan was great at communicating. Thank you for a wonderful first family vacation!

My Florida Vacation
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The kids were in the pool whenever possible. The house was clean and had everything we could want or need. The traffic was alittle too loud but otherwise our stay there was terrific.

Nice proximity to St Pete Beach
Close to Publix and about a mile or two from our son’s wedding venue. Pet friendly too. Also, close by is Fort Desoto and many restaurants. House was very clean upon our arrival. Pool was being serviced and left very clean.

Perfect Spring Break
We absolutely loved staying in this VRBO home! From the moment we moved in, we felt comfortable and at ease. The house was sparkling clean and very well-organized, which made unpacking a breeze. It was also stocked with all the essentials you could need to get settled in right away - things like paper towels, toilet paper, and dish soap - which was a lifesaver during those first few busy days. One of the highlights for sure was the heated pool! It was such a treat to be able to take a dip and relax. The owner even provided pool floats and toys, which was a nice touch. Speaking of the owner, communication throughout our stay was fantastic. They were always prompt and responsive to any questions we had, and they were very accommodating. They also left a comprehensive welcome binder with clear instructions for all the appliances and house rules, which was really helpful. Overall, this rental home was a fantastic experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-equipped place to stay.

Family Fun in Paradise
Perfect house with so many extras. The owners have thought of everything. We enjoyed many hours out beside the screened in pool. The house is well stocked and so very comfortable. We loved the location - close to the beach and the museums. Biggest plus are the owners. Nan was great at communicating and answered all my questions. It felt more like we had stayed at a friend's house.

Convenient Location, Cute Beach Decor
The house is conveniently located to a variety of options (eg. shopping and beach) with a brief drive. Screened pool was a big draw for our group. Cute decorations throughout the house. Air conditioning was a problem, but owners addressed it. Ultimately, they replaced the A/C unit and provided us a partial refund as most of our late-June stay was with under performing HVAC system. I would stay here again, just not when the temps are so high the AC can’t keep up. It is a cute house and they do provide numerous extras in the garage (eg. beach toys and cooler).

Beautiful Home in great location!
Had a great stay! Came in town for a wedding and could not have been more pleased with house. Home was fully stocked with everything you could need. We had a baby with us and they even had everything we needed for the little one. Location made it easy to get to everything. The host was easy to communicate with and answered all questions almost immediately! Would not hesitate to stay here again!

Very clean and well stocked house. Lots of towels , beach chairs, bikes and little extras all over. Pool was very nice and beds very comfy. Worried it might be loud by road, and though you could hear cars a little really was pretty quite. Also great communication with host. Would recommend.

This place has everything you need!
We rented this lovely home for Eckerd College graduation. Communication the owner was friendly and easy. She helped us work out some details in advance of arrival and was very accommodating on check in and check out. She went above and beyond to help us. The house is very well equipped for fun! The pool is so nice! The beds were very comfortable. They also kept food staples in the food and pantry so we didn’t have to buy things that we just needed a little of.. Best run and stocked rental I have ever experienced.

AMAZING LOCATION!
This beautiful home is just minutes away from the beach and all of the nearby attractions. We were even able to walk to the grocery store and Tiki Restaurant a couple of blocks away. Everything you need for your vacation is included in the house: from beach towels to kitchen items - you can pack light! Our family absolutely loved the heated pool and spent hours in it each day of our stay. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting to enjoy beautiful St. Pete Beach and the surrounding areas.

St. Petersburg holds a special place in our hearts, as we began coming here regularly in the early 2000's when one of the kids started at Eckerd College. It has been our dream to own property in St. Pete for over 10 years now. When we brought our niece down to start college at Eckerd in 2015, this dream came true!
