Everything was as explained and advertised. We felt that extra payments for what was very basic bedding and towels, together with electricity and Internet was out of line with our experience and should be included within a flat price.

Schönes und top-gepflegtes Ferienhaus
Das Ferienhaus und der Garten mit Pool sind top gepflegt und sauber. Die Möbel im Wohnbereich sind schon ein paar Jährchen älter, aber von guter Qualität und einwandfrei im Schuss. Beide Bäder und die Küche sind neu. Geschirr und Küchenutensilien sind in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, man ist aber trotzdem schnell im Zentrum von Calpe und in den nahegelegenen Supermärkten. Wir waren zum Jahreswechsel 2023/24 dort. Im Winter wird es im Haus etwas kälter, aber mit dem eingebauten Gaskamin bekommt man den Wohnbereich gemütlich warm.

Heerlijk verblijf
Ontvangst en afrekening waren aangenaam , de agent Benji was verder ook zeer behulpzaam . Villa is echt een aanrader met moderne keuken en badkamers . Gesitueerd in een rustige buurt met voldoende privacy , alleen jammer dat de TV overwegend Duitse kanalen heeft en maar 1 Engels kanaal ( CNN.... ) . Gelukkig konden we wel op onze Netflix inloggen

Gem of a Villa
Exceptionally clean and well equipped villa with an incredible amount of beautiful outdoor space and the pool is lovely, even in November. Benjamin was a great guy who went above and beyond for us. Great communication and no problems at all. We have had a great holiday! We will be back 🙂

Beautifully presented Villa in an excellent location
Everything about the Villa was fantastic. We had one small issue with a faulty kettle and a new one was delivered to us within hours of telling the agents. Very well equipped, great location, quiet.

Location formidable
Une maison très bien équipée , bien agencée , de très bon goût , confortable avec un accès facile à la piscine , une véranda avec une vue magnifique sur le Penon d'Ifach , située dans un quartier calme , seul bémol la location est donnée avec un forfait de 10Kw/h / jour , hors la filtration de la piscine en consomme à elle seule 9Kw/h /jour ce qui provoque un supplément de conso électrique à la sortie que je ne trouve pas normal , une maison avec piscine a un coût et il n'est pas normal que sa filtration soit à la charge du locataire .

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus für die warme Jahreszeit!
Dieses Ferienhaus ist top gepflegt, hat zwei neue Bäder und eine chicke Küche. Es liegt herrlich am Hang über CALPE und ist geräumig auf großem Grundstück mit Poolterrasse. In der Vor- und Nachsaison muss mit Elektroheizungskörpern und dem Gaskamin im Wohnzimmer geheizt werden, eine Zentralheizung ist leider nicht vorhanden. Superschön ist die große, eingeglaste Veranda! Sehr empfehlenswert für zwei bis vier Personen.

Entspannung pur
Wir haben unsere Urlaubswoche sehr genossen. Ein tolles Ferienhaus, das sehr schön und großzügig eingerichtet ist. Neue Bäder und eine ganz neue Küche machen den guten Eindruck komplett. Der Pool wird zwei mal in der Woche gepflegt. Außerdem stehen im Außenbereich mehrere Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten zur Verfügung. Die Schlüsselübergabe ist durch eine deutschsprachige Ferienhausvermittlung organisiert, was sehr gut geklappt hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir kommen bestimmt wieder! Tolles Haus mit neuer Küche, für eine Familie (2E, 2K) sehr zu empfehlen. Pool wurde zweimal pro Woche gereinigt. 10 Autominuten zum Strand oder zu den Supermärkten.

Nous avons apprécié ce séjour La villa est parfaite rien ne manque et elle est très propre Nous avons regretté son éloignement de la plage (3/4 h à pied) du centre ville (1 h 10 à pied) nous qui aimons nous déplacer à pied, avons du tout faire en voiture
