NEW HOME, Hot Tub, Heated Pool, BRAND NEW 4 bedroom home, ready to rent.

Brand NEW inland home with 4-bedrooms, 2-baths. Home has spacious open layout with beautiful kitchen featuring granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Den has been setup as 4th bedroom.

Beautiful private full screened back porch with featuring beautiful outdoor kitchen, outdoor dining area, heated pool with travertine patio and inset hot tub.

Home backs up to walking/running/bike trail with easy access to Mackle Park, which features spray park, playground, basketball court, and many other amenities. House is minutes to beach, shopping, and restaurants.

We do not allow cats, but will allow a dog in the home on certain instances, but would like to discuss prior to booking. We prefer smaller dogs for weekly stays, and will consider larger dogs for multi-week stays.

If you are coming to Marco for a conference, wedding, or event and looking to stay somewhere more private, quiet, and affordable, consider us. We have hosted multiple families who were in town for conferences, weddings, and events at the JW Marriott and other local hotels and wanted more privacy than a hotel could offer.

Amazing vacation!

Great location with an easy bike ride to the beach, and a short walk to one of the coolest parks we’ve been to! There’s tons of space, and so many amenities to make for a convenient and relaxing vacation. We definitely plan to go back next year!

We had a great time staying on Marco! Kevin communicated everything very timely and the home had everything we needed. Family of 5 and there was plenty of room for everyone. We will definitely stay here again next time in Marco.

Gorgeous rental property close to everything

We absolutely loved this staying at this house! It's a beautifully designed house with a very modern style. The beds were amazing, the TVs were brand new, the appliances and fixtures were sleek, and overall it was incredibly comfortable. The pool, hot tub, and outdoor kitchen were also amazing. Moreover, Kevin was very helpful and responsive the whole time we were there. I can't wait to hopefully visit the same spot again next year!

Excellent Rental

Kevin the owner was very attentive and responsive to tenant inquiries. He takes much pride in his rental property and meeting our needs. He went above and beyond! For example, I told him I enjoy making pizza, voila, a pizza pan was shipped from Amazon. You will throughly enjoy this property which is conveniently located to a park with a lake and Pickleball courts.

Relaxing Family Getaway

Cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay on Marco Island. This home is beautiful and well equipped for a relaxing family stay. Really enjoyed the pool and outdoor kitchen. We ate nearly every meal outside! Kevin was extremely responsive and helpful before, during, and even after our stay. The location of the home was great for us and our two year old child. A quick bike ride or walk to Mackle Park was great to keep us all active and entertained. The beach is also a short bike ride away, primarily on bike paths separate from the roadway. This home was perfect for a mid-winter family getaway. Cannot wait for our next visit to Marco Island!

Beautiful house in Marco

We arrived and were very pleased with the cleanliness and condition of the house. In fact, the pictures don't do the house justice, it is much better in person. Kevin was extremely accommodating and responsive to our needs. We had a few minor questions and requests which he addressed promptly. The pool area is very nice with a separate covered area with lounge chairs and a dining table and chairs. The beds were comfortable, everything was very clean, and we loved the open concept of the home. There is a bike/walking path directly behind the house easily accessible. The kitchen and remainder of the house was very well stocked with all of the necessities. When we return to Marco, this house will be our first choice for sure!

Beautiful Home

Owner was great to work with and very attentive. Home came with supplies that we would not have expected. Which was very thoughtful and worth the price paid. Home is tastefully decorated and set up for a family of many different ages. All rooms are very tastefully decorated and the beds are very comfortable. We did take our small goldendoodle with us and he too was very comfortable during the stay. House is conveniently located next to Mackle Park and right off the bike path. Home is centrally located on the island and within biking distance of just about everything with the bikes provided. The outdoor kitchen is a plus and we used it to cook many meals. We would definitely stay here again if we are in need of a home on Marco.

This property and its owner we both amazing. The house was completely ready to use. The pool/ hot tub were perfect. Everything was clearly marked and detailed in the owner emails. We will stay there again.

Relaxing Getaway in a Beautiful Home

We had a great time in a brand new house that was set up and decorated beautifully. It’s was fully stocked and furnished with everything we needed and more, including floats for the pools and toys and chairs for the beach. Owner was very responsive and communicative. The pool was amazing and the central attraction during our stay!

Our family had an amazing stay. The house is spacious and provides all the necessary comfort and amenities. Pool and hot tub are amazing. Our children and grandchildren really enjoyed it. Mackle Park is so conveniently located to the house and provided us with a pleasant walk/jog around the pond. Sandy white beaches are very close. What more can I say. Amazing Stay on a Beautiful Perfect Home!

VRBO Members: Let me start by saying that Kevin’s house is by far the best home rental I have ever stayed in. My family and I had a very short time off (sadly) and being able to stay together in such new, perfect, and well layout home w/all you need was more that we could’ve asked for. I can easily compare Kevin’s home w/few high-end hotels I’ve stayed. The attention to details throughout the entire house (kitchen, living room areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, pool) were just outstanding. (Imagine they even put new toothbrushes, shampoo/conditioner, soup...isn’t that a hotel experience?) And not to mentioned that the we were the first ones to stayed in a new (which I can easily considered) house. If you look for a house close to a beach...well, this is your home. Just a mile over a beautiful beach (white sand) and also great restaurants from within 5 miles radius. Thank you Kevin for the amazing hospitality and I cannot wait to stay in your home again. PS: Kevin (owner) was very responsive to all our needs and followed up with us pre/during and post stay.
