This was the perfect size condo for three ladies. There's only one shower, but there is a half bath, so more than one person can get ready at the same time. It's very clean and well maintained and in a great location. You can walk to Publix, restaurants, or the package store. We walked across the street and ate a fabulous meal at Gilbey's . I had the grouper over parmesan risotto, and my friend had the shrimp and grits. Both were delicious. We also had an appetizer of baked garlic, parmesan oysters. The condo had everything you needed as far as dishes, kitchen utensils, etc. The beach is right across the street. You can walk, but we just drove right across and parked in the public beach parking lot, so we didn't have to carry our chairs and ice chest, etc. There is a sweet couple who runs a refreshment stand right there with hot dogs, snow cones, etc. You are also a very short drive to the Flora Bama, which is a very fun bar. The beds were extremely comfortable. and there were TV's in the loft, living room and bedroom with plenty of channels. There are carts next to the elevator to use for unloading. We were on the end on the fourth floor facing the beach, so the view was great. It was also very quiet. I never heard anyone making noise. There was also plenty of parking. If you like brunch, make sure you check out The Brick and Spoon, which is about a three mile drive. It is fantastic--made to order bloody marys. They are awesome. The food is phenomenal. They have delicious crabmeat eggs benedict or great burgers with parmesan truffle fries. We shared the stuffed French Toast sliders with fruit compote for desert. They're amazing. Enjoy!
