Good:
Spacious, large rooms, good natural light (photos on VRBO taken at night, so hard to tell)
First floor condo with easy access to covered, reserved spot
Shauna responsive, available and helpful
Super convenient location to grocery stores, restaurants and trails (40th St. Trailhead of Phoenix Mountain Preserve)
Well stocked kitchen as far as dishes and cookware, regular coffee maker (not Keurig)
Not as good:
Older property:
Master tub does not drain well, so was standing in several inches of water by end of shower
Heater very loud - had to turn up TV/Zoom meeting volume when it kicked on (January stay, so did not use AC)
At one point, ice machine was very loud. Turned it off then on again, and this noise did not reoccur. Worked fine in making ice.
No coffee (we bring our own, so FYI for other guests)
Near busy street (Shea) so there is some traffic noise even with all windows closed.
Also can hear upstairs neighbors walking around.
All minor issues. We enjoyed our stay!
