This residence features a full kitchen, living room, and balcony. You'll fall in love with this new condominium and it will become your frequent place of lodging while in Asheville. There is ONE dedicated parking spot for this condo; any additional vehicles must park elsewhere (no exceptions).

This condo is located in a secured building that is only accessible with the lobby and parking garage access codes; you will receive these upon booking confirmation. The elevator opens to the garage and lobby for convenient access from your vacation rental. Parking garage is too small for full size 2500 trucks even if the the height is with in the height of your truck. It’s too tight. So plan on paying for parking. It’s located directly across the street from a bus station so there is a lot of homeless wondering around. But the place was clean and location great. I would stay there again

Property was good and as depicted. Clean (although there was a slightly musty smell like there was water damage at one time). You can hear the garage door every time it opens/closes which happens often at early hours.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time staying in a Towns Property and we were once again very pleased. The accommodations were beautiful and comfortable. We had everything we needed. All of the places we wanted to see and visit including shops and great restaurants were within walking distance. It took us a minute to find the correct codes to check in but after that we had no difficulties. The only other challenge was working the tv remote but we conquered that as well. We loved our vacation.

Great Place to Stay!
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location in South Slope was an easy walk to multiple breweries, as well as the rest of downtown. Loved having a dedicated parking space included in the stay. We had a couple of minor issues during the stay (original door code didn't work, small confusion over parking space) and the host was very responsive when we reached out via email for assistance. As other reviews mentioned, you can hear the parking garage door open but it wasn't intrusive at all - didn't wake us up or make it hard to hear TV, etc. The location is very close to Rabbit, Rabbit, so if there's an outdoor concert, be prepared to hear it :) However, we actually loved being able to sit on the balcony and listen to the music. Great stay - we'd definitely stay here again!

Nice place in a great location
Everything in the apartment worked as it should and the fit and finish was nice. Not too many dishes so if you're a group of four you'll be washing them every day. Can't beat the location, 10 min walk into downtown, 10 min walk into the brewery district.

Nice property and modern
Everything inside looked good except the area rug in living room and bedroom, but really no big deal the place is nice clean and spacious with everything you need, now the neighborhood is horrible, i have nothing against homeless/addicts but they are everywhere you go and always asking for money, they hang all around the complex, we did not walk around downtown like we intended to when we booked this property, again there are homeless in my hometown, but I simply stay away from the areas where they are so if you are ok with that then this place is perfect.

Clean and new unit in a convenient location
We stayed here for 4 nights and really enjoyed the experience. The building is relatively new and very clean. The gated garage provides peace of mind for parking. The unit itself was clean and spacious. You can hear the low rumble of the garage gate opening and closing but as the building seems to be relatively empty it wasn't an issue for us. We enjoyed the location which allowed us to walk to most places. We plan on booking again for our next trip

nice property for 2 people
This is a great property for 2 people to stay. We had 3 people and one slept on the pull out sofa bed. The pullout bed is one of the most uncomfortable mattress and frames that I have ever slept on. The metal rails and springs could be felt with every move and I woke up with major back ache. Do not recommend sleeping on it. The rest of the unit is big, plenty of closets and large bathroom. It was great to have a washer dryer in the unit. The location is convenient. The building felt secure and safe. However, at night I would not necessarily walk around alone. A few things needed attention in the unit like the toilet seat not being attached and the cabinet doors loose in the bathroom.

Excellent Unit but challenging to resolve issues
The location was excellent and the room was great. This was the second time that I stayed in this building. I had two issues with my unit during this stay a)low water pressure and b)lights not working in the master bedroom. It was challenging to get in contact with the property manager.

We enjoyed our stay. The apt was super clean which is important during Covid. Easy to walk to most stores and restaurants in the downtown. This is important otherwise you have to find and pay for parking on the streets and the downtown gets very busy. The only issues were the smells coming from the restaurant in the same building which smelled of rancid grease to my nose and our unit you could hear each time the garage door went up and down. That’s not ideal. But being able to park inside garage was nice too!

The property was a perfect location and very clean. My only complaint is that you can’t stream any television services. We stayed for quite a few days during the pandemic and it would have been nice to be able to stream. Other than that it was a great stay.

This place is great!
This place is a great location! It is a huge condo for a downtown location and is close and convenient to everything - downtown restaurants, hiking, Biltmore, sightseeing, etc. This particular unit is right above the garage, so you hear every garage door opening & closing, but that was only a small irritant as I was gone most days. The locals nearby were nothing but friendly to me. :)

Beautiful condo in great location
Condo is new and very well appointed. Located within walking distance of downtown Ashville, restaurants, shopping. Very convenient, comfortable and easy! It is across from a transit hub, but we only encountered very nice people.
