The Charming & Chic Studio@Park Place Inn
Park Place Inn and Cottages is part of the Sanford Historic district and centrally located to downtown on one of the most scenic streets in town, Park Avenue. The property was built in the early 1930's in the Craftsman and Colonial style of the era. Park Place Inn is a vacation rental property that guests can stay for one night or extended periods of time. We work very hard to make sure all guests have a great and memorable experience while staying with us. We also host weddings and events on the property. Our goal is to exceed your expectations, provide a comfortable, personable experience, and give you the feeling that you are at home, which is unique from a hotel chain. Come stay with us and experience the difference! Our guest love this affordable, quaint studio suite. It features a full bathroom with a walk in shower and a fully stocked kitchenette that includes a sink, fridge, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and an electric cook top. The room also includes high speed WiFi and a smart TV with Hulu included. .
