Welcome to our cozy updated one-bedroom condo with a loft! Get ready to enjoy stunning views of the beautiful Ptarmigan Village Cedar Forest. Perfectly situated next to the Ptarmigan Village outdoor pool and just a hop away from the slopes of Whitefish Mountain Resort, this property has everything you need for a fantastic mountain getaway. Ptarmigan Village is a beloved resort community, nestled halfway up Whitefish Mountain Resort and only minutes from the charming downtown of Whitefish, Montana.



With 678 square feet of space spread across two cozy levels, you’ll love the open great room and kitchen on the main floor. Snuggle up by the lovely smart electric fireplace, catch a movie on the Smart TV with the Amazon Fire Stick, or enjoy your favorite tunes on the Bluetooth speakers with our high-speed secure Wi-Fi. The shared dining area is perfect for meals, making it an ideal spot for 2 to 4 people to unwind together. You’ll also find a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and an all-in-one washer/dryer on this floor—everything you need for convenience! The recently remodeled kitchen is fully equipped, so you can whip up delicious meals during your stay. One of the best features is the shared yet private deck, complete with a BBQ—perfect for outdoor grilling! Head up to the loft, where you’ll find a comfortable King bed and a desk/office setup that includes an external monitor—great if you need to work while enjoying your vacation. Plus, we’ve got a pack-and-play and a Bumbo 3-in-1 multi-seat available for families traveling with little ones. And don’t worry about the summer heat; the condo comes with a portable AC unit to keep you cool and comfortable!

If you should arrive after hours when the office is closed, no worries, there is a lock box outside of the office with a red phone next to it, please pick up the phone, which will auto-dial to our call center, give the call center your name and they will give you the lock box code and once you open it there will be an envelope with your name on it, inside the envelope you will find a map of the village, amenities codes for the pool, hot tubs, and beach area (address to the beach will be on the code list) also a code or a key in which to enter your unit. Parking is free and available for a maximum of two vehicles; If you have any oversized vehicles such as Motorcycles, trailers and RV's or need additional parking options for extra vehicles the Village does have room in our oversized parking areas. Please speak to our reservationist if you need assistance with parking options.

Don't forget that Ptarmigan Rentals offers many amenities to our guests, including access to all of the great village amenities including access to the indoor pool, sauna, hot tub, outdoor pool, tennis courts, Cutthroat trout stocked fishing pond, private beach area on Whitefish Lake and so much more. 



Ptarmigan Village is a spectacular location just two miles below the world-renowned Whitefish Mountain Resort ski area and a short 10-minute drive to downtown Whitefish, Montana.  This unique location features unrivaled access to all of the best that Whitefish has to offer and is less than 45 minutes to Glacier National Park. During the winter months Whitefish features some of the best skiing in North America. Whitefish Mountain Resort has evolved to meet the needs of skiers of all abilities with over 98 trails. Whitefish Mountain becomes a summer playground home to zip lines, alpine slides, hiking, biking and so much more. The greater Whitefish area has some of the best golfing, water sports, fishing, whitewater rafting, festivals and is the gateway to Glacier National Park. 



Pets are not permitted in any of the Ptarmigan Rental properties during short-term rental stays.  Service dogs are permitted with notification and completion of proper paperwork prior to making the reservation. Montana does not recognize Emotional Support Animals as service animals, property owners are not required to accept ESA documentation.  Guests traveling with ESA or Service animals are directed to call the Ptarmigan Rentals office to inquire about options.
