Nestled in the beautiful mountains only a few minutes from downtown Park City, the Retreat at Jordanelle neighborhood offers a lovely, brand-new area with gorgeous homes, incredible views, and unbeatable luxury. Enjoy the hustle and bustle of the city while staying in a quiet, private retreat. With a neighborhood clubhouse and only a 6-8 minute drive to Main Street and the ski resorts, this area is the perfect place for a fantastic vacation any time of year.

With 4 bedrooms (2 Master suites), 3.5 bathrooms, and plenty of room for 9-11 people, this gorgeous home will exceed your expectations. Both great rooms and all the bedrooms have HD Smart TVs. The main level features a comfortable, open living room with a large sectional, gas fireplace, ceiling fan, 70” HD Smart TV, and space for relaxing. The dining area has seating for eight at the table and four at the bar.

Granite countertops and high-end stainless-steel appliances make the kitchen perfect for eating in and gathering for a meal. There’s a dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, blender, regular coffee pot, toaster, pot/pans, crock pot, cookie sheets, wine glasses, dishes, utensils, glassware, and much more available for use.

The main level also features a ½ bath and a laundry room with a top-loading washer and front-loading dryer, iron, and ironing board.

Upstairs, the first sizable Master bedroom has a King-sized bed, luxurious bedding, ceiling fan, 55” HD Smart TV, and en suite bathroom with a his/hers dual shower. The 2nd upstairs room features a Queen-sized bed, 50” HD Smart TV, ceiling fan, and shared full bathroom with a shower. A twin-sized bunkbed with twin trundle makes the 3rd upstairs bedroom perfect for kids. It also has a 50” HD Smart TV and shares the hallway bathroom with the Queen room.

The lowest level of the home has a large bonus room with a sectional couch (containing a Queen-sized sleeper sofa), a poker table with game board and bumper pool, board games and cards, a 70” HD Smart TV with surround sound, and a third full bathroom with tub/shower combination. The 2nd Master bedroom is also on the lowest level and has a King-sized bed and 55” HD Smart TV. The walk-out patio hosts comfortable seating for 4 with a fire pit table for warmth and ambiance on cool mountain evenings.

The entire home has a soft-water system, free reliable high-speed WIFI, YouTube TV on all TVs (aside from the lower master bedroom), and streaming apps available. To keep you comfortable, there is also central air-conditioning and full heat.

This home includes garage parking for two small to mid-size cars and driveway parking for 1-2 vehicles depending on size. No street parking is permitted at any time. Vehicles parked in the driveway cannot overhang the sidewalk at any time. No recreational vehicles, including, but not limited to, trailers, RVs, boats, fifth-wheels, or four-wheelers may be parked on any street or driveway within the subdivision for a period of more than 2 hours for loading and unloading.

Getting Around: NEW free bus routes added! Just 3 minutes to Richardson Flat parking with bus lines running to Park City and Deer Valley Ski Resorts and Old Town daily from 5:30am-11:05pm. The bus lines are Silver, Brown, and Grey routes. You can plan your ride with the “MyStop” app. Look up High Valley Transit and download their app for FREE ride options from the home as well.

Along with the beautiful home, you’ll have access to the Retreat at Jordanelle Clubhouse. Featuring a fitness center with a shower-equipped locker room, a 15-seat movie theater, a private conference room, an entertaining area with vaulted ceilings, it’s sure to add to your amazing getaway. During the summer, a large outdoor pool allows lots of swimming and water activities. There’s a clubhouse hot tub available year-round as well. Adjacent to the wetlands, there are several walking trails leading to a covered pavilion, 15-acre community park and large grass-sports area.

Moose Management is timely and helpful with communications regarding your trip. Upon arrival, easily access your vacation home with a key-less secure door code; no need to stop and pick up keys. Your rental will be professionally cleaned and ready for you to enjoy with an initial set up of items including shampoo, soaps, paper products, towels, and linens. Your home will include an invitation to our Hospitality App, providing specific home details, local suggestions, Wi-Fi access and more.

I was misled that there was a hot tube in the house, and when it turned out that the hot tube was shared and only in the community center, I asked for a refund, I was refused. Disgraceful

Wonderful home near Park City
This house was immaculate, well-appointed, and beautiful. We used the clubhouse pool every day, and it was well-maintained. The house had everything we could have asked for during our family vacation. The kids were happy, and the adults had plenty of space. The lower level extra master and family room was a nice feature in case people wanted to watch different things on TV. The wifi was FAST! Would definitely stay here again.

The home was very nice, clean and a well appointed kitchen. We found the VRBO marketing of the property to be very accurate. The home has three floors; main living area and kitchen. A big downstairs with a full bedroom and bath. Very nice rooms upstairs, with quality mattresses and bedding. It’s a short 5 mile drive to Main Street and about a mile and a half to a park and ride where the bus takes you right to the base of the ski area.

This place is awesome, we won’t stay anywhere else when visiting Park City! The home is well stocked and beautifully decorated. The amenities are great and close to all the local shops and restaurants. I was able to hike right outside the front door, which was a huge plus for me. You won’t regret booking this place!

Good value, close drive to ski / town - a few suggestions
The property is it is described in the listing. It is a fairly new build and decorated nicely. It was clean. It is close to skiing and town (10 to 15 minutes depending on traffic). Instructions were clear from property management company and they were responsive the one time I contacted them. There were a few issues the owners could improve: 1) the smoke alarm went off every time we cooked, and it is a whole house alarm so all of them went off - get a new alarm downstairs or change sensitivity setting 2) for a three night stay for 8 people, we would have appreciated more towels - give more towels 3) the internet was slow (8 mbps to 20 mbps range when we tested) for video / facetime - upgrade service 4) there was no hair dryer in the master bath - add dryer

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were so happy with this property. It was clean, well stocked, and beautifully decorated. We especially loved the ping pong table and the hot tub. We also found Sky Run great to work with. They checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed and even helped us find an item we left behind.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our two families stayed here for a week. The place was well appointed and basically what you see in the listing. The only downside is that the house was not prepared for nine people to stay there for a week (the propane tank for the grill was basically empty upon arrival, the bathrooms each had only one mini bar of soap and the roll of TP on the holder - no spares, etc.), and the windows clearly hadn't been cleaned in a while. It was still a lovely place, however, and we'd stay there again.
