This is our second year staying at this location. The condo is perfect in every aspect. Every amenity needed for a pleasureable stay has been taken into cosideration. The condo is a 20 minute walk from downtown Stuart, hence the location is ideal. Trish is a great host and very responsive to needs and requests. Looking forward to returning in 2024.
Loved this place, the location, the view, the security, and overall experience. It took a couple days to adjust to the train, but all the other positives far outweighed that one issue. Stayed for two months, and hope to be able to stay here on future trips.
Another wonderful 3 months in this unit - our 3rd winter. Kitchen appliances & dinner ware were well stocked; also the linens (towels & bedding). Trish & Joe are very responsive to any requests. While the unit is not listed as 'accessible' - we were able to make it work due to the elevator and the wider doorways.
Enjoyed watching a variety of boats on the St Lucie River from the balcony as well the sunsets!!
This was our 2nd stay at this property. Trish and Joe (owners) are very responsive to requests. Property is well-maintained; well stocked and provides secure access via elevator and special codes. We are looking forward to returning in 2022.
We had a very nice place which was a home away from home due to the Corona virus and the many restrictions. We couldn't do everything we had planned to do but we were able to walk to Stuart most mornings and get a smoothie at a coffee bar. At least the weather was great! Would stay here again if available.
We enjoyed our 2 months in this lovely, well-maintained, fully furnished condo. The covered parking & elevator were much appreciated. Sunsets from our west facing balcony (or dining room table) were often Spectacular!!! An easy drive - or 1 mile walk to historic downtown Stuart with many options for dining or shopping - or people watching! Easy access to US 1.
While the train tracks & crossing is in front of the building - we did not mind the sound of the train whistles - in fact looked forward to them!
Trish was available to answer any questions. Thanks!!
We are looking forward to a return stay in 2022.

Great Condo
Our roomy, nicely furnished condo had a great view and a super location. My husband fished on the pier daily and we enjoyed walking and biking in the area. Restaurants and cute shops are within walking distance. Trish and Joe are great hosts.

Great Water Views!
We loved our stay at Trish's condo. It was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. Everything from the furniture and lamps to the pots and pans were high quality. We were on the 4th floor, so there were great water views from the many windows. I loved watching the boats while eating our meals. There were also wonderful sunset views. The condo must have been well insulated because we rarely even heard people in the other condos around us. However, the train crossing was right outside of the building and it went by and blew its whistle many times during the day and night. I wore 33 decibel earplugs at night and it didn't wake me. My husband woke several times during the night. From talking to other people in the building who kept coming back every winter, they just got used to the train.
The only other thing to note is that you don't actually have a mailbox for your condo. All of the mail goes to Trish's business on the second floor and you get a call from the very nice secretary, Kris, when you have mail. But it is the previous days mail, because no one at the office retrieves the mail until the next day. Occasionally Trish will bring the mail to your door when it is delivered to the building. Also the building is apparently on an alternate mail route, which is slower than normal. So, knowing this you may want to get a P.O. Box. We had pressing business to take care of, so this mattered to us.
Overall we loved the condo, and Trish and her staff were very nice and friendly. We didn't have any issues, but other tenants said that Trish was responsive when there was a problem.

About the host
Hosted by Trish Capra
We built this building in 2006 to have our Civil Engineering office in and have condos to rent. We have been renting mostly just during the winter season for the last 6 years. There is someone here during work hours if you have any questions or problems. We live only 2 miles away if you need anything special.
Why they chose this property
A Boater's Paradise. 30 minutes from the St. Lucie Inlet. Enjoy great fishing here at the 'Sailfish Capital.' Popular year-round, the Sailfish shines in local waters in December through March and during the summer months, particularly June and July. From the adventure of a day of offshore fishing for Marlin, Dolphin, Sailfish or Wahoo, to the spectacular bass fishing on Martin County's western border of Lake Okeechobee, to the wide array of inshore fishing opportunities, there is literally something for every style of fishing enthusiast. Local charter boats available.
What makes this property unique
The county's beaches include individual access strips that allow for more private spots to enjoy the surf and sand or larger, guard-protected areas like Stuart Beach, Hobe Sound Beach and Sea Turtle/ Jensen Beach. The Bathtub Beach is a special spot for young families where small children can enjoy the surf with the protection of a reef that creates a wading pool adjacent to the beach. Beaches have surfing, swimming, fishing, windsurfing, nature centers and much more! One of the more popular sports for Floridian's is underwater diving. Local waterways have many beautiful reefs and colorful marine life. Snorkeling and scuba diving bring out many visitors and residents to the beaches, rivers and offshore spots.
