Toowoon Bay House is a classic 1940's beach house & weekender nestled in beautiful gardens only 100m from Toowoon Bay beach. Surrounded by wonderful parklands, coastal walks, surfing beaches, shops and cafes it is the perfect for a relaxing escape. With open plan living, spacious outside areas and an exciting modern kitchen. The house suits those wanting to relax, entertain, surf and swim. Casual but luxurious.
The house is located in a quite cul-de-sac only two minutes’ walk from the beach. The house is surrounded by beautiful gardens and has a big backyard with two small decks, a BBQ and space for a large market umbrella. The property is quiet, private and surrounded by trees.

The house has five bedrooms

Bedroom one has a queen bed with ensuite, hair dryer, shampoo and conditioner.
Bedroom two has a queen bed facing the front garden.
Bedroom three has two single beds and also overlooks the garden.
Bedroom four is a small neat bedroom with a Queen size bed.
Bedroom five is an upstairs loft room, light and airy with two single beds and a private sitting room with work desk.

The bathroom is an original feature of the house, old but clean with a shower and a bath. Hairdryer, shampoo, soaps and conditioner.

There are two separate toilets, one next to the bathroom and one in the laundry.

The laundry is functional and clean includes a new washing machine and dryer with steam iron.

The brand-new modern kitchen is a dream to cook in, designed by the chef owner. Includes a bosch 900 oven, gas cooktop and induction, large sink, dishwasher and fridge. A separate drinks fridge is located in the laundry.

There is a TV with blu ray and Foxtel.

Wi-Fi is through Telstra NBN

The back entertaining area has a table for eight and is a perfect entertaining area.
There is gated off street parking on the property. Guests are welcome to park vehicles at back of house safely.
The garages are unavailable at this time.
Inside access: The main bedroom built in wardrobe will be blocked off on both sides.
The main part of this wardrobe and tall boy is for your convenience.
The "loft "cupboards are for our private use only.
Bathroom cupboards, kitchen and laundry are all for your convenience.
All sheets , towels, laundry products, shampoo and conditioner are here for your convenience.
Kitchen: Any oils/ vinegars, tea, coffee are here for your convenience.

Our home has a friendly warm vibe, a quaint weatherboard cottage with lots of nooks for reading a good book... the quintessential 'beachside cottage'
As I'm originally from the Southern Highlands town of Bowral , you will notice the country nuances that makes this coastal house a warm and inviting home.
The gardens envelope the house bringing a beautiful fragrance with them in Spring.
Our new modern kitchen opens onto our back dining/lounge room , so many a feast can be enjoyed with good conversation and family.
Our home is just one piece of the magnificent puzzle of Toowoon Bay...the other is community.
You will be welcomed with opened arms into our friendly community. We have many cafes, beautiful walks and a lovely beach(at the end of our street) suitable for young kiddies...you will always be greeted with a friendly 'Hello' ...we are very proud of our local community.
Our home has an eclectic comfortable style...we are loving working towards finishing our small piece of paradise......
