"Sunshine 17". Our bright apartment is located in Strandpark Großenbrode in the house sunshine on the ground floor. It has a sauna, Jacuzzi, heated floors and fireplace and is always worth a trip. Having breakfast on the terrace, sunbathing on the beach and end the day in the sauna and the apartment's own whirlpool - that's pure relaxation!

The apartment is on the ground floor. The terrace faces south-west.

Noch besser als erwartet

beim lesen des Online Inserates wusste ich , dass ist eine FeWo nach meinen Geschmack. Bei Anreise stellte sich heraus, dass alles noch viel besser ist ! Das Wohnzimmer ist komplett neu eingerichtet. Wir waren schon häufiger in einer fewo Ferienwohnung und immer sehr zufrieden..würden auch immer wieder fewo buchen..jedoch war ich dieses Mal sehr enttäuscht von der Sauberkeit des Appartements!! … hoffe es war nur ein einmaliger Ausrutscher

Gut gelegenes Appartment. Die Ausstattung entspricht den Angaben. Erwähnenswert ist auch der Fahrradunterstellplatz wo wir unsere 2 Ebikes sicher unterbringen konnten. Gern wieder.

Nicht wie erwartet aber gut

Was uns gefallen hat: Das Ambiente der Wohnung hat unseren Vorstellungen entsprochen. Einiges was wir von anderen Fewo's gewohnt waren fand man hier leider nicht, aber ein kleiner Einkauf behob die für uns wichtigen Utensilien der Küche. Zum Strand braucht man ca. 2 Minuten. Die persönliche Betreuung war sehr gut. Was uns nicht gefallen hat: Da die Wohnung im EG war hätten wir es schön gefunden wenn es Gardinen gegeben hätte. Es gab nur Vorhänge. Für die Spaziergänger saßen wir im Schaufenster. Die Sauna ist nur für eine Person. Das hätte besser Kommuniziert werden können. Der Whirlpool hat nicht richtig funktioniert. Er ging gelegentlich von alleine an.

Einen tollen Urlaub hatten wir,kann man weiterempfehlen

Wir waren von 14.11 22 bis 20.11.22 im Haus Sonnenschein 17 .Mit 4 Erwachsenen. Hat uns sehr gefallen und sind auch sehr zufrieden gewesen. Es war ein toller Urlaub.

Eine super Wohnung. Alles vorhanden was man braucht, außerdem viele Spiele, Bücher für Kinder und auch zahlreiche Filme für Tage mit schlechtem wetter. Eine sehr Familien freundliche Wohnung, gerne wieder 😊

Super Wohnung

Wir hatten sehr Erholsame Urlaubstage. Das Wetter war perfekt. Und nach einem langem Spaziergang noch die Sauna genissen zu dürfen..., das war einfach super. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, es war alles da was man für den täglichen Bedarf braucht. Die Lage des Objekts auch perfekt, keine fünf Minuten bis zum Strand. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder. Vielen Dank.

Wirklich sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, tolle Sauna und super Badewanne mit Whirlpool-Funktion! Der Check-In ging sehr schnell, allerdings war die Dame an dem Empfang etwas unfreundlich bezüglich des 3G Nachweises…

Wohnung soweit ok. Leider sind einige Mängel vorhanden wie keine Gebrauchsanweisung für die Sauna / Whirpool. Der Whirpool selbst etwas in die Jahre gekommen und leider hat es beim sprudeln sehr nach Abfluss/Gulli gerochen was keine Entspannung war. Ansonsten war alles soweit vorhanden. Großes Lob es waren ausreichend Gesellschaftsspiele vorhanden.

zu empfehlen - Achtung kein WLAN

Die Wohnung ist top .... sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, insgesamt auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Sauna & Whirlpool sind vorhanden und bei schlechtem Wetter eine gute Alternative. Kamin ist auch da und wir haben diesen genutzt, sehr gemütlich Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet ACHTUNG Kein WLan ...... leider wird in der Beschreibung darauf nicht hingewiesen ..... man geht ja heutzutage davon aus, dass das Standard sein sollte. Die Aussage in einigen Kommentaren des Vermieters, das bald ein Glasfaserkabel gelegt wird, scheint nur eine Ausrede zu sein, denn andere Wohnungen im Haus verfügen über WLAN. Finde ich nicht OK, hier werden die tatsachen nicht klar dargestellt..... mein Handy hat auf jeden Fall andere WLAN im Haus erkannt...... Lage - nicht weit zum Strand, keine 5 mins zu Fuß Der Ort selbst ist ok ..... etwas altbacken aber es wurde bereits vieles auf Stand gebracht. Die Promenade ist zb komplett neu und wirklich sehr schön angelegt..... Es gibt ein paar Restaurants und einen Supermarkt .... Toller Spielsplatz direkt auf dem Strand und ein weitere direkt an der Promenade FAZIT: alles super aber der Vermieter sollte KLAR daruaf hinweisen dass kein WLAN zur Verfpgung steht.... und sorry....... es wäre wohl möglich auch ohne Glasfaser !
