Beautiful three bedroom, three bathroom townhouse with a private hot tub and a very well-appointed kitchen. Walk to all the restaurants, shopping, bars, in-town grocery store and to the Peak 9 lifts (Quicksilver and Beaver Run). All mattresses and box springs were replaced with new in March of 2024. All three bedrooms now have queen size mattresses.

The kitchen was recently remodeled with Bosch appliances and granite countertops. We love to cook so we have made sure the kitchen is well stocked with all the amenities necessary for making that great vacation meal after a long day of skiing or riding the fresh powder of Breckenridge. All the pots, pans, knives and silverware were upgraded recently and we constantly monitor these and replace/update as needed. The cleaning company leaves any non-perishable items in the kitchen for the next guest's use so you should typically find an arrange of spices, condiments (ketchup, mustard, mayo, etc), olive oil, coffee and filters, assorted teas and sugar upon your arrival. Unfortunately, we can not guarantee what will be there on any given arrival.
Enjoy the privacy of your own private hot tub on the balcony that seats six and looks out over undeveloped land adjacent to the Upper Village Pool, which you also have access to. This unit also comes equipped with free WI-FI and 140 channels of cable + HBO in the living room and the master bedroom. Download the free SONOS app to your smartphone or mobile device and control the surround-sound system including your own music (all music on your iphone or Android device as well as Pandora, Spotify, Rhapsody, Apple Music, etc.) and/or the television in the Living Room.
There are children's toboggans in the garage for your use and Carter Park (walking distance) on the east side of town is primarily used for sledding in the winter. There are also noodles and assorted balls to take to the Upper Village Pool, conveniently located directly behind this unit. There are also two yoga mats and a foam roller to ease those sore muscles after a day on the slopes. Or sign up for a yoga class at Blue Sage Spa on Main Street and take the yoga mats there and save yourself the rental fee.
We respectfully request that you treat our beautiful home as you would your own. Our property is a non-smoking, no shoe, non-party atmosphere and you will be required to sign and respect our very detailed lease. Unfortunately, based on local covenants, we cannot allow weddings, birthday parties or other events where more than the six guests would be on-site. If this seems too restrictive for your Breckenridge vacation, PLEASE do not rent our home.
