About this property

Family-Friendly Dry Creek Valley Retreat w/Amazing Views <15 Minutes To Square

Escape to 16+ acres of privacy in the thick of Wine Country, with Dry Creek Valley and mountain views + award-winning wineries within biking distance - all 10 minutes to town! Dine al fresco on the new deck and cozy up to the wood-burning stove in the screened-in porch, or enjoy the luxe hot tub. Family friendly property with tons of space to run around and a crib for babes. We are proud to be carbon neutral!

Our home is modern yet comfortable, and surrounded by expansive nature with plentiful access to outdoor space. Our acreage is also extraordinarily private, with little to no visibility from neighbors at the house and its surrounds.

We are mere minutes from some of the best wineries in Healdsburg! Some of our favorites include Lambert Bridge Winery, Quivira Winery, and Unti Vineyards. Grab a sandwich at the Dry Creek General Store (5 minutes away) and start vineyard hopping, then return for a soak in the hot tub under the stars - what could be better?

Start the morning off right with some coffee on the porch (we have both a Keurig and a French press for traditionalists). Or head out to Flying Goat Coffee or Moustache Baked Goods. All are popular stops a 10-15 minute drive from our house. Try Diavola Pizzeria & Salumeria, Campo Fina, or Dry Creek General Store for lunch, then head back home for a nice afternoon nap, or just enjoy a long, hot shower in one of the two outdoor showers. Take advantage of our large kitchen, outdoor grills (both gas and wood-burning), and newly expanded deck with trellis for meals; or venture out and sample restaurants during your stay here (we love to make recommendations)!

After a long day out exploring, spend some lazy time relaxing in the comfy living room or screened-in porch in front of the wood-burning stove with a glass of wine. Or just head straight to your cozy bed made with premium linens.

There are security cameras that observe the driveway and garage, as well as in locked areas not accessible to guests. 3 night minimum for holidays.

Make yourself at home while you explore Wine Country!

Lovely spot!
Great views, super clean, well stocked kitchen. Toys available for the kids who visited at dinner time were much appreciated, as were the board games and eclectic cookbook collection. Would absolutely rent again!

Weekend Wine Country Getaway
Spent a long weekend here, cruising around Healdsburg, Alexander Valley and the Dry Creek area. Stunning house. Bring some charcoal for the Santa Maria grill! House was clean, amazing property, everything worked and the owner was nice enough to let us check out an hour late as we were departing on our Anniversary. Oh, and go visit Lambert Bridge Winery just down the road - great wines and really great staff!

Would come back!
Our family and friends are geographically scattered so we travel a fair bit. While we have been fortunate enough to stay in many lovely homes and apartments, this is the first place I would return to, rather than roll the dice again. It’s extremely relaxing with stunning views and multiple cozy places to sit. Thoughtfully organized and unfussily decorated. Grounds are fun to explore: we picked pears, tomatoes, and a pumpkin. Very quiet; slept better than at home. On top of all that, they were responsive and generous about our early arrival AND late departure for which we are very grateful!

Hidden Gem
We’ve stayed at Camp Bailey our last 2 trips to Dry Creek and have loved this place! We love being up on the hill overlooking the valley and the beautiful vineyards below as well as privacy of the many acres. The location along with a bonfire and a hot tub at night can’t be beat.

We had a wonderful stay in Healdsburg. The kitchen was great to cook in after a long day of wine tasting. The outdoor spaces are amazing as well. Is very quiet and secluded. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Gorgeous and peaceful getaway
We had a long overdue best friends trip here and the property was perfect. The house itself is beautifully decorated with plenty of comfy seating and a well equipped kitchen, however the outside is the star of the show. It’s beautifully landscaped and so many wonderful little areas to spend time. We enjoyed the outdoor shower immensely, along with the hot tub. The proximity to wineries was fantastic. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Also, bean bag chair, top notch!

Perfection
What stands out for me: luxurious seclusion. No matter how hard you look or listen, you won't see or hear anyone. I reveled in ... Silence. 16 acres is a LOT of acres! And the property is surrounded by a forest of oaks and other trees and bushes, so you'll feel perfectly comfortable taking your daily shower outdoors. Some comments for the reader: The hot tub's a smidge improved over that in the photos, and over the patio there is a fabric covering stretched over the table end of those metal ribs, to give partial shade under that barrel arch in the photos. Plus two large umbrellas out there to deploy if you wish. Connect to Sonos if you got it ... for music indoors and through speakers out on the deck, at hot tub/shower, and at fire pit area. There is a nice 4 burner gas grill with two side burners for pot or pan. Bring a fishing chair and you can hike five minutes to the top of the hill and sit and read among the oak trees ... all on the property! We found everything we needed in the kitchen, and the bed was comfortable. An easy 10-15 minute drive to downtown Healdsburg, passing innumerable little wineries along the way. This place has it all! I mean ... the bathroom floor is heated! Who does that!? Ali the property manager was super responsive by text, and always sends a cheery emoji or at least an exclamation mark.

Amazing stay at a dry creek gem!
We loved our stay at this property. We came up with 2 other friends for a wine get away and this home was a perfect base camp. It is tucked back in the hills off west dry creek wood. It is a farmstead paradise...you can walk the grounds which are full of fruit trees and olive trees, sit by a old oak tree which overlooks the valley...the place is very private and secluded. We enjoyed the evening had fire pit, the hot tub and the deck. We would stay here again.
