KL City Center Clean comfortably

Clean and simple bedroom for two in a modern -styled looking condo unit. The bedroom comes with a queen-sized bed suitable for single or couples travelling and looking for affordable accommodations.

Aside from the accommodations, you also get to use the swimming pools, the gardens, and the gym for free.

The space

The comfortable bedroom comes with a queen-size need for two with a side-study table. The room is cooling, no direct sunlight but has a nice window view and also comes with your own private attached bathroom with cold /hot shower. The room also comes with a ceiling fan and a portable electric water-chilled air cooling unit which you could optionally use.

The location of this confortable one-bedroom accommodation is conveniently situated in the heart of KL City Center- just minutes to the Putra World Trade Center and located right next to the KTM Train station; thus providing convenient public transportation. It is also located two blocks away from the Putra LRT line which can take you all over Kuala Lumpur and beyond.

Guest access

As a guest staying here, you will have full access to the two adult swimming pools and the gym. One of the swimming pools has a gorgeous view of the KLCC Twin Towers (which is only 20 minutes away). Please refer to photos for more details.

KL SENTRAL PICKUP FOR TOURISTS
Free pickup & transport direct to your accommodations is available for guests arriving at KL Sentral only. ( But only if you travelling with maximum 2 person with accompanying luggage). No transit stops and no additional passengers allowed. We do not provide airport pickups as there are Taxis and train services available from the airport going to KL Sentral.

There are Taxis and train services available from the airport going to KL Sentral. Ride-hailing service like GRAB is available as well.

VISITOR PARKING
All guests will be able to park indoors provided there is available visitor parking. Overnight parking is chargeable from 2nd night onwards. Parking rate is rm10 per night for 2nd night onwards. All parking fees will be collected upfront during check-in.

Interaction with guests

I will be available any time during the day for any urgent assistance if required. A local mobile contact number of your host will be provided to you during your stay.

Other things to note

Guests will be provided with free 3 -in- one instant coffee . Fresh towels on request and bathroom comes with basic toiletries ( shampoo, bath gel/soap and toilet paper)

WiFi acess is provided with this accommodation but only b for simple Internet browsing. For faster Internet, there is a nearby walking distance cafe ( Three Little Birds) that provides free WiFi to their customers.
