We are in a college town near 4 universities.
Price includes private bathroom and free parking.
We are conveniently located 15 minutes from Fort Lauderdale airport/beach, 10 minutes to Sawgrass Mills Mall and 40 minutes to South Beach Miami.
We also offer access to the heater Pool.
We are available to address all of your needs.
No smoking permitted in the room or anywhere in the apartment.
No pets allow.
We are a young couple. But rarely home.
