This vacation Villa has a bedroom with king beds on the main floor and an en-suite bathroom, this bathroom was adapted for people with special needs or people with disabilities.
This luxury house gives you full access to The Club and the amenities when you rent it. The home has an electric lock and you will be provided with a unique code which will be valid for the duration of your stay. Our rental agreement along with other important information will be sent 7 days before your check-in.

Second Stay

This was our second stay at this home. I would have to say this time around we noticed the home is not as clean as it was three years ago. The baseboard are dirty, the tile floors need a good cleaning. And again, the house isn’t stocked well for a large family to dine and clean. There were no dish cloths to dry dishes and only one dishwasher pod. I brought lots of items from home but still missed basic items such as laundry detergent. Not even starter pack is there. The ceiling over the patio has a leak and was leaking on us the one day it rained. It is so sad because this home has so much potential to be a 5 star with just a little maintenance and provisions. The communication with owner/rental was great. We had an issue with the smoke detector and they were right on top of that which we were thankful. Over all our stay was wonderful but so many little things frustrated us.

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home! My family and I had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend your home to others. My only suggestions that I have is to have more than one person on your cleaning crew. Due to the fact that your home is very large, it takes a while for one person to clean the home and prepare it for the next check in. The cleaning lady didn’t leave the home until a quarter to 6p on the day we checked in and our check in time was scheduled for 4p. Also the floors are very slippery when wet coming out of shower in the downstairs master bedroom and also from the pool area. If you could use cloth mats to absorb water prior to the guest getting out of tue shower (although I’m not sure if this is a sanitary issue). Outside of these suggestions, everything else was wonderful.

We truly loved the space and enjoyed our stay. Home was as advertised, Eberything was in working order. The neighborhood is quiet and well maintained. Communication proor to check in was excellent and clear. We had no issues, just a great, fun, safe space to relax, we recommend!

Great Place!

The house is ver spacious for big families. We purchased to heat the pool and it was awesome. The kitchen was great. The pool table is broken. We had a fantastic week and would def stay there again!

Disappointing. Needs repairs.

We rented this house for our family Disney trip. Total of 16 people. Location to the parks ended up being further away than we hoped. After traffic it was almost 40 minutes from the parks. Animal Kingdom was about 20+ minutes. The house was not very clean when we got there. The counters in the kitchen and the bar area were dirty. The dishwasher did not work! Not many pots or pans available for those that wish to cook. We bought some and just left them for others staying after our stay. We ended up buying some cleaning supplies as well. The bathrooms had individual hand soaps available but they had been opened and left on the counters. No light bulbs in some of the bedrooms or the bathrooms. Several plug-ins were broken and/or pushed into the wall. The dryer did not work. No knob was broken off and the door was covered in duct tape because the door didn’t shut! It had definitely been like that for awhile. Emailed several times about having it fixed and finally was told it was broke by the previous guests. A technician came two days before we were to check out to fix the knob. The technician was not aware of the door or he said he would have ordered a part to repair it as well. It would have been helpful to know ahead of time and we could have planned accordingly. The drawers in the refrigerator were broken and one shelf was gone. Also, the remote controls for the televisions and fans did not have batteries! So we had to buy batteries. The pool table was also broken. It was propped up with wooden boards and had plastic cups in the corner pockets to catch the balls. Just a lot of issues to have when you are wanting to enjoy the amenities that were to be included with your stay. Would not recommend this particular house!

unclean and unsafe property does not match pictures

I just want to say this place does not match on line. One it's not clean!!! the baseboards and carpet needs to be replaced. the baseboards are nasty! the walls are nasty as well. the bathrooms you can tell we're not cleaned. the safety Gate is broken to the pool. and the pool table should be replaced and unsafe on those boards. a few of tvs remotes do not work. the outside furniture is ripped. to be honest I'm truly disappointed and the only reason we are stayed because of kids and the dryer and washer is holding together by tap. there were holes in the pool screens rust was in the showers and the washer and dryer was rusty as well. if you just can't find another place stay but if you spent as much money as we did, find another nice place. the owners only want your money

Holiday family vacation

The property was perfect and more than enough room for my family for our 5 adults and 2 kids. The online booking experience was easy and seamless, as well as a very smooth check-in process. We never had to contact the property management because we never encountered any issues. This is a great property for future rentals.

Great place for large groups

We had a group of 16 and were comfortable in the house. We spent a lot of time at Disney World and it was a good location for the parks. It takes about 20-25 minutes to drive from the property to WDW. The pool are and club house were also very fun and conveniently located to the property. Our family had a great time with the 1 hour flo rida rental. The house had plenty of dishes. The common area downstairs was large enough for all of us to hang out and the pool and hot tub at the house were great too. The property manager was very responsive when we needed to reach them. We would stay again!

Family and friends stay for wedding and holiday

Overall this property is lovely. We had a great 2 weeks staying with a group of family and friends attending my daughters wedding. Only criticism is there was only 2 sun loungers and the pool table is in need of repair.

Where do I start?

The property looks quite a bit like the advertised photos. The layout of the home is great and it is a wonderful place for a large family to stay. We did have some issues, however. First of all, the code for the door was wrong. Don't call the US number on your property agreement. They are only available at the Canada number. It took us quite awhile to get into the property, and there is no one to help onsite. The weather was extremely hot and the air conditioning malfunctioned for two of our nine days. So, someone stayed at the villa waiting for a repair person. The second person solved the problem. When you pay extra for the bbq, that does not include the gas for the grill. It only allows you to open the grill. We had to go to several places to find an lp tank to replace the empty one. If your party has over ten people, bring towels. They provide ten, no matter the size of your group or the length of your stay. The shower in the main level master suite has no place other than the shower floor to place your soap or shampoo and there is no shade on the window. With the large plate glass mirror directly in front of the shower, your time in the shower, sink area is very visible outside. Despite the setbacks, we enjoyed our stay for the most part. The area seems very safe and the pool and kids play area at the resort are lovely. The pool at the villa was enjoyed by the younger children.

Nice House/Good Location

The house was spacious and easily accommodated our large family. The layout was as described and having an over flow parking lot across the street and clubhouse within walking distance was convenient. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of pots, pans and utensils. Overall, we were VERY satisfied with the home with a few exceptions. 1) we had an issue with ceiling fan and light remote in downstairs bedroom working at times, but other times it would not. We called the office to report, but they never returned our call. On the last night, no matter what we tried we could not get the light to turn off. It stayed on all night! The next morning it started working again. 2) The booking claimed TVs in every bedroom, but TVs were missing in two of the rooms. 3) The pool table was damaged. The hole pockets and one of the legs was broke so it was not level basically unusable. Other than these three issues we were very satisfied and would stay again.

This was a very nice place to stay. Security was on point and friendly.

This was a very nice place to stay. 35-40 minutes from all main parks, easy to find. We didn’t get to utilize the surf park or coffee shop due to other activities. We had 16 people with us. The towels and garbage bags we a little shy. However we’re did have access to a washer and dryer which was fantastic.

The house has some basic issues that were addressed in a timely manner. We found thing out as we stayed but nothing stopped us from having a good vacation. Club house pools were great for everyone, and only a short walk (5min). Location to shopping and restaurants was perfect, and 30min from airport and parks.

April 2022 Family Vacation

Our stay at Four Corners was wonderful. The home was spacious and accommodated our large family well. There were 20 of us, including two babies. The rooms were a great size, and the beds were comfy. There are extra blankets in the closets, but we could have used a couple of more. Having our own pool and spa was fantastic. I would recommend paying the extra to have it heated ahead of time. We didn't but when I contacted Sandra and asked for this add on, she sent someone right out to have it turned on and we enjoyed the warmth of the spa the rest of our stay. I know the add-ons are annoying but just do them. :-) Some of the reviews are correct...the kitchen isn't the best stocked kitchen, but it is adequate. They do have another set of pots and pans so that review is outdated. I do wish they had a vacuum and cleaning supplies. When you are on vacation, you don't want to have to purchase those. I did make this recommendation to them so hopefully future guest will have this available to them. The resort features were great. We played football in the field one night, we made good use of the kids pool & park. We also loved walking up to the clubhouse to get coffee & an ice cream. We went to Magic Kingdom one day and the property was about 24 minutes from the gate. Overall, our stay was fabulous! We look forward to staying again.

Excellent location

The accommodations were very good, there was enough bedrooms the pool and spa were excellent, the kitchen was very good for cooking the garage and driveway accommodated four cars. There were two bathrooms that tubs did not drain but a email to the owner and it was quickly fixed. The only disappointment was the pool table, very bad shape could not play. Suggest you upgrade to a slate table We enjoyed our stay thank you

NO REFRIGERATOR - BAAAD property managers!! LOOK OUT

Wow, where to start - 1) At arrival needed to drop off luggage at unit garage between 3p and 4p (check in 4p) so we could pick up family at airport. Had 7 days pre-arrival communications with manager(s) to arrange this, IN WRITING (Good Luck getting mgrs on the phone)- all arranged. Arrived- LOCKED OUT. Called/messaged thru VRBO app 15 times to let us in. 50 mins later-they answered: "OH", & let us in electronically from their office. 13 people/2 - 5 yr olds + 4 days food waited outside for almost an hour. LOTS of unnecessary stress. Late for airport pickup - 2 infants!! 2.) PREPAID extra $$ for 4 days for spa and pool PRE-heating. Arrived-NO SPA HEAT. Called +10 times. They answered late evening. "Turn dial on wall" (there was a dial next to back door to spa). Turned dial all night-NO HEAT. Next day - "Oh, we better send someone tomorrow, WE DID A UNIT INSPECTION LAST WEEK & EVERYTHING WORKING (sure!)" - see end of next comment for resolution so you know what to do to heat spa if you rent here, because THEY won't tell you! 3.) Put 4 days of food in refrigerator & $340 of frozen seafood in freezer. Smelled "funny" in there? Checked after an hour. REFRIGERATOR & FREEZER & ICE MAKER NOT WORKING. Called 5-6 times over 3 hrs. "Sorry" (they say that a lot instead of resolution & refund), "will send over a freezer to save your seafood some time tomorrow". Next day about noon, they purchased a freezer at Home Depot & dropped it off. So we piled (now - UN)frozen food in there, and went to 7-11 & bought 2 big coolers, many bags of ice to make drinks, and pile into the coolers and refrigerator to keep the rest of the 4 days of food and beers cold or not spoiling. 4 days of FUN!! (for big $$$) Like, were we supposed to freeze everything? OH - & when they came by, they pointed out that the SPA heat dial was OUTSIDE on the wall, & it turns on heat & bubbles at the same time. Dial next to the back door? A pool light timer! THX! (we tried the outdoor dial, but thought it was bubbles only, because no heat came out) "oh, it takes 3- 4 hours for the spa to heat up". Again - THX A LOT, management. GREAT instructions...... 4.) LOTS of little problems - one working pool table stick (2 without tips or bent); 4-slice toaster-two slots worked; WARNING-park on street - get towed (watched 3 cars taken), master bedroom-hair dryer broken, etc etc. Made the best of it. But why did we have to for the money we paid?? (VRBO won't let me tell u how much) NOT recommended.

Beautiful Large Property Perfect for Group of 10

This house was beautiful!! Communication prior was perfect my only complaints are the beds are not the most comfortable at all, the kitchen is not very stocked for such a large home, and there’s a charge for pretty much anything extra (pool heat, using the grill, using too many garbage bags or paper towels, etc) I would still stay here again and recommend the property but be aware of the uncomfortable beds and plan to door dash or bring your own dishes.

Family Reunion Disney Style

Overall property was great!! Very spacious for 18 adults. Owners responded quickly to any questions and also checked in on us. The resort the house was in was the easiest we have gotten into yet!! Also parking is not a problem. We had 6 cars. If we get together again for Disney we will book again.

Nice house, but very few necessities.

The property was just as described. The bedroom /bathroom layout was perfect for our family and the pool area was very nice, but the house is not setup for preparing meals. Very few pots and pans, bowls, cooking utensils or silverware. There were no dish clothes, dish towels and only 1 pot holder. There were not enough bath towels for 19 people. The $40.00 fee for the grill does not include the gas! Lots of TV's, but no instructions/login information for how to use them. Plan to do some shopping for necessities when you arrive!
