The Wyndham Grand Desert Resort (Wyndham Timeshare Resort) is located just one and a half blocks from the Las Vegas Strip and is located just down the street from the Planet Hollywood Resort. This stunning property is located within walking distance from some of the world’s finest dining, shopping, live entertainment, nightlife, and gaming. Amenities at the resort include, a fitness center, game room, business center, on-site deli, hot tub, and three pools with one being an adult only pool.

The condo available for rent is a 2 bedroom - 2 bath furnished condo. The condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware and dishes. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a private bath that includes a Jacuzzi jetted tub. The second bedroom has 2 double size beds along with a second full size bathroom. Each of the bedrooms have flat screen TV's. The condo has a nice size living room with a queen size sofa sleeper.

The name provided will need to be the name of the person responsible for checking into the condo. The name on the reservation with be the only one allowed to check in with the resort front desk. The remaining guests will be added at check in with the resort front desk. ANY CHANGES TO THE GUEST CONFIRMATION ONCE CONFIRMED REQUIRES A $129 CHANGE FEE.

The person responsible for checking into the condo with the resort front desk is required to be 21 or over with valid ID. The resort front desk requires a refundable $250.00 credit card hold at check in.

The resort is a Club Wyndham Vacation Resort. The resort front desk assigns all resort condos. If you have any requests it is best to call the resort front desk 7 days prior to the check in date. The listing photos are of one of the resort condos. The condos may vary slightly.

Staff was very helpful in helping us find our accommodations. The room was comfortable and appealing. Only note, small thing...though a water filter for the kitchen could be helpful. Got up several times in the night to refill my water in the water fountain downstairs.

Worth the stay away from the strip
Came here for spring break with my wife and two kids. We enjoyed being a bit away from the craziness of the strip with kids. The unit itself was well appointed with everything we needed. The property itself is a little dated with some areas that need repair like cracked stucco or missing paint. However overall the property was safe, comfortable, and had amenities our whole family enjoyed. There is some consistent noise from the nearby airport like planes and helicopters. At night having a white noise machine is helpful if you are a light sleeper to drown out airport noise.

We met up in Las Vegas to see a run of shows at the Sphere. Stayed at Grand Wyndham before, but this was the first time in Tower 3. Excellent location and a good unit.

This property was perfectly located for those who may not want to stay right on the Strip. We easily Uber'd places. There was a shuttle, but we didn't use it. We also had a car and there was free parking. The townhouse was great, very spacious and loved having a full kitchen available.

We enjoyed staying in the 2BR apartment with our friends. Kitchen was well equipped and we had ample space. It's also eithin 15 minute walking distance to PH. We could have saved some time and nerves by declining free show offers at check-in time, which requires a timeshare tour and watching a video, which we were not interested in.

The listing was accurate. The resort has a lot of nice amenities, and it's very clean and well-managed. The location is about a 10 minute walk from the Miracle Mile, so it's very convenient. My only gripe, which the host did warn me extensively about and is outside of their control, is that the resort staff tries very hard at check in to get you into a time share presentation. They are extremely manipulative and coercive. Be warned!Overall the experience was very positive and I would not hesitate to stay again.

Perfect stay for the family. The place was clean and perfect for the family. Great amenities! Nice pools, hot tubs, outdoor ping pong tables, giant chess was fun. The only thing that we were worried about was walking after dark with kids but the place had a free shuttle to the strip and back. We enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend if you are traveling with family

Even though the property is dated our stay stay not disappoint. My only concern was with how soft the mattress was and that it sunk into the middle, after the first night I really did not notice due to being tired from all of the activities we had partaken in. The only time I heard other guest were if they were passing in the hallway. One surprise in the unit was the washer and dryer In the room, nice added amenity. If we were to come back to Vegas we would consider staying here again. We were not hassled about sitting through a time share presentation.

Great Place near the strip
This place was a perfect match for us. We came down to celebrate my sons 21st birthday with me and my wife and a couple of his friends. The room was perfect for the people we had there and fully functional for all our needs. Most everything (the strip and restaurants) was in walking distance. We were in Tower 3 and the 24hr pool and hot tub was the best. Good for a swim when coming in late night after being in the heat all day. I would definetly stay here again.

In town for 3 days with friends for a concert & some fun. Shuttle to strip was easy though it only goes to one location. A few other places within walking distance. Property was nice enough, though food options are scarce - just a take-out “cafe” that had some issues while we were there, but staff everywhere was very pleasant. Pool bar (adult pool) much appreciated! Very clear communications with the host, and less pressure than expected for timeshare.

the Wyndham is busy / jumping. they could use a restaurant I think. also it's a bit too far off the strip -- LV needs more public transit so that instead of each hotel running their own shuttles there are just frequent public buses.

Great place to stay! We loved it. Pool was nice and cool especially on the days it was very hot out. The marketing desk was quite pushy and kinda rude when we didn’t want to participate in their sales. But every other employee was great and very nice! The condo was in a very convenient location which worked out great for venturing out in the town.
