Let your vacation begin in The Grand (formally Sun City Grand, one of the top-rated active adult communities (45+) in the nation. This home has attention to detail throughout to feel like you are truly "home" the moment you arrive. Come on in, slip off your shoes and head to the patio with a cold drink and soak up the Arizona sunshine, enjoy the newly installed private pool, or read in the shade in this quiet backyard sanctuary.

Our two-bedroom, two-bathroom home is perfect for a family or group of four. Guest room has a queen bed, both bedrooms have ceiling fans. The master bedroom has a King bed, offering an ensuite bathroom, Smart TV, and views to the private backyard. The open space entertaining floorplan includes a well-appointed cook’s kitchen and southwest dining area with seating for four.

For those with outdoor play in mind, you landed right in the center of it all. The Grand has, three championship golf courses, tennis and pickle ball courts, putting greens, two state-of-the-at community centers, and so much more. Two full-service restaurants can also be found within the resort (all resort facilities are for guests staying 30 days or more w/a paid fee). Navigate your way through this resort neighborhood with a golf cart included with the rental for your use.

Explore beyond the resort and visit the Cactus League ball parks, just 20 minutes away, go shopping at one of the many outlet malls, see a movie, take in a concert, or even a hike, just 5 minutes away. Take a road trip to explore Jerome or Sedona; get there by lunch and experience the beauty of Arizona’s famed red rocks. The Grand Canyon is just a few hours away.

Please note:
• This is an active resort community; at least one person in the rental party must be 45+. Stays must be at least 30 days.
• For stays I do require a copy of driver's licenses as well as a rental agreement .
• Check in time is 3:00 PM or later (self-check-in is an option)
• Check out time is 10:00 AM
• All last-minute reservations are subject to an additional fee
• No pets unless otherwise agreed upon with the Owner (additional deposit); cats are not an option under any circumstances.
• No Smoking, No Vaping
• No large gatherings
• POOL: during the months of April - October, the pool is not heated. Other months of the year, guests are welcome to pay an additional fee to heat the pool.

Absolutely Beautiful Home

The pictures do not do this property justice. It is such a beautiful home with everything you need for a wonderful vacation from the furnishings to the wonderful patio and pool. My sister and I are not golfers, but we had a great time riding around the beautiful neighborhood on the golf cart. Check in and check out were very easy and any questions we had were quickly answered by the host, Dianne. We will definitely going to try to stay here again when we come back next year. I miss it already!

Oasis is a great name for this place

Everything was great. Super clean, well equipped, well maintained. Golf cart was in excellent running condition, with a lithium battery. Owner was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend!

Nice quiet neighborhood and peaceful house

Appreciated so many things about this stay in July. The ability to park in garage, to borrow the windshield cover and styrofoam cooler for baseball games was a bonus. We slept great and the pool was refreshing after hot days. I live the mural painted on the wall! Was a nice touch. The only change I would request would be to reduce amount of controls to tv. It was confusing and it took a while to figure out which one worked. The wifi could be stronger for tv to reduce the delay of reaction. Since it’s so hot there and everyone stays inside during afternoon hours, I found myself watching a lot of TV. Overall, nice neighborhood and very close to Surprise Stadium.

Fun in sun city!

We enjoyed our stay at this property in The Grand in Surprise. The owner was very pleasant to work with. The house was fully equipped and loving the new swimming pool. There is a golf cart to cruise the area and bicycles with lots of paths to ride or walk on.

Awesome surprise getaway

My family and I had a great time at this house. Very clean and has everything you need. The pool is incredible to have in the back yard and the golf cart is a fun way to get around! Dianne was awesome to work with. We will definitely be coming back!

We loved everything about this house. The pool and yard were the best. This house was the most well equipped of all the homes we have rented over the years. It was well furnished, the beds were good and the amenities at Grand were awesome, especially if you are a golfer. Thanks Dianne.

Very comfortable accomodations.

The only reason I didn't give the overall a 5 star is that during most of my stay, the back yard was in the process of getting a pool installed making it less enjoyable. The owner did contact me prior to let me know and give me options but I agreed it wouldn't be a problem. Diane was very easy to get ahold of and address any concerns I had, which were few. The house was decorated very nicely and had everything I needed during my stay.

Perfect!

I can't say enough about our stay. The home was perfect. It was just exactly what we needed and no clutter. We had everything we needed in a peaceful very perfect home environment. It was all so easy. Easy entry and exit. Perfect kitchen with Kerug coffee maker and Hot water electric kettle as well as a Nija super blender. Dishwasher, purified water nicer fridge/freezer then I have at home. Nicer washer and dryer then I have ever seen. My son and I each had our own bedroom and bathroom which made things so nice. Diane left a wonderful gift basket and note for us to welcome us to the home. I was so grateful for the water and apples as I hadn't eaten much or had much water during on travels to Arizona that day so it was so nice to have that at arrival. Her welcome book is so well organized it takes all the guess work out of things. She has thought of everything. And the decor is perfect. It is subtle and could work for anyone's taste and still very well thought out and beautiful. We did not spend much time out back but it is so nice and had it not been cold and raining while we were there we might have spent a little time relaxing out back. Can certainly see spending time there relaxing and cooking out on the grill in the future. Diane is so accessible. She is quick to respond to text messages with answers to questions. It was such a pleasure to stay in this home. After almost 30 years of staying at my parents or my sisters home it was so nice to just have a place all to ourselves and not feel like we were imposing on family when visiting. I have already called dibs on Christmas future! And hoping when I need to come out at other times to be with my aging relatives that she will have availability. Cheers Diane! You are the best!

Amazing, hospitable, accommodating, helpful, and caring experience!

First of all, Dianne’s home is just beautiful. It is tastefully decorated, very clean, and organized! She has wonderful laminated cards that are very helpful and great reminders. She provides everything you could possibly need, as well. The beds are very comfortable and make you feel right at home. The location is really wonderful and is close to so much! We are in transition of selling our home and waiting on our new build. Originally we booked with Dianne for 1 month but due to our close date being pushed with our new build we had to add an additional month. Dianne was so accommodating and helpful with this issue. We were able to book another month with her. We did have to bridge two weeks from Dianne’s home to our new build as Dianne already booked out the dates we needed. Dianne went above and beyond and help facilitate our two week gap with a friend who also has a property. She really helped our family as we have a little one, 9 months old, and were really concerned where we were going to go. We were so blessed by her hospitality and genuine care of our family. If I could rate her more, I absolutely would. It was such a comfort to rent from such a caring individual. Thank you so much Dianne we are so very grateful for you and your beautiful home.

My family needed a place to be for several weeks while our home was being completed. Dianne made it easy and it was appreciated. My husband and I were in between our home we sold and our new home closing escrow. This home in Surprise was perfect for us and our dogs. Dianne was very accommodating and we had everything we needed. It was very comfortable, and felt like a home for us that we didn't have at the time. I highly recommend this home away from home.

Why Arizona? I love having a getaway where the winter weather is some of the nicest anywhere in the country. And you can't beat Surprise, AZ for the long list of fun activities. If you are looking for a place where you can be sure to have the highest quality amenities, friendly people, and a resort getaway feel...The Grand is it! The Grand offers all the fun in the sun activities you can think of and at the end of the day come home to peace and quiet. Every year I come down i find new places - my favorite place to eat, destination to visit, and new friends I hate to leave I bet you will too!

Having a home in The Grand is like getting away to a resort every time you drive through the beautiful palm-graced entrances! There is so much to do here or just relax in the back-garden oasis on one of the comfy loungers in the shade or sun. It's a great place to re-charge or play until you are tuckered out.
