Located one house from the beach in the heart of the highly desired Surf City neighborhood. The property offers partial ocean views, 3 decks and a large patio with a barbecue in the backyard. Hop on a bike or go for a stroll to several activities, recreation spots, shops and restaurants. Our location is ideal for taking advantage of all the town has to offer. Surf City is a family town. You can walk to everything you will need. Park your car for the week!

THE HOUSE:

The property, a 3 bedroom 2 full bath (entire house, not a duplex) sits just one house from the beach. Ocean views from top floor living room and master bedroom, including 2 out of the 4 decks. There is a fully stocked kitchen including a Keurig coffee maker with K-cups provided and a dining room that accommodates eight. There are TWO living room areas for this house! Each room has additional sleeping (1 full size futon and one has a queen size pullout couch).

Out back, there is a large patio area with a table for 8 with lighted umbrella and a gas grill for outdoor barbecuing. The first floor deck is the larger of the 3 with a large table and seating for 8. The 2nd floor deck is set up for lounging with brand new Polywood and Sunbrella cushion outdoor couches and ocean views! Finally, a cozy deck is located off the master bedroom with 2 high top chairs and table to enjoy your morning coffee and ocean views. Upon your return from the beach, hit the new private outdoor shower to rinse the sand or just to cool off.

Six beach badges are provided for renters to use during their stay and are required for beach goers 12 years and older. There are also lots of beach toys and boogie boards located in the garage along with some beach games to use at the house. We know how much of a pain it is to lug beach chairs on your vacation, so we provide 8 chairs and a balloon wheeled cart for your use!
