The Quack Shack is a cozy, end unit townhome in Mallard Lakes. 2 bedrooms, 1 1/2 bath. Sleeps 6. Master has full bed. 2nd bedroom has 2 twins. Pull out queen sleeper in living room. Equipped with packnplay and highchair. 2 outdoor community pools, tennis and volleyball. Several lakes for crabbing, fishing, kayaking. Playgrounds. Shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Fenwick/Ocean City beaches and grocery stores are only 5 minutes away. Sorry, no pets allowed.

The house was exactly as pictured. Extremely comfortable and quant. Megan was very responsive to my questions. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful Beach Cottage - Great place to stay.

We had a wonderful week at Mallard Lakes. The Cottage was clean, cozy and quiet. We enjoyed the views, fishing and the pool. Meg made the process very easy and was always fast with commuication. We would definitely like to return.

Great place for a quick beach getaway

Property was clean, well-stocked, and affordable. My kids loved the pools and the property is close to Fenwick Island and Ocean City attractions! Highly recommend!

Great place to stay

We enjoyed our stay in this end unit at Mallard Lakes. There was plenty of room for everyone and everything was clean and comfortable. We were close to everything we needed and the view of the lake was amazing. We’d definitely stay here again. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had.

Great Place to Stay

My family and I had a great stay at this property! Very clean and spacious. Wonderful view of the lakes and just a short drive to the beach and Ocean City MD. We really enjoyed the community pool. Would definitely stay here again.

Cozy Beach Cottage

We loved our stay here. The place was adorable, spacious, peaceful, quiet, and cozy. So many amenities, places to walk too, and beaches near by. The screened in porch backed up to the lake was an absolute great way to start and end the day. Meg was also amazing and extremely responsive. Check in and out was super simple. We couldn’t be happier and we would highly recommend this Cozy little beach cottage to others! Thanks again Meg!

Perfect for a beach getaway

We enjoyed another fabulous vacation staying in this adorable townhouse. The location is ideal for our family -- it's close to everything we love to do every summer in Ocean City. Can't wait to come back again!

Mallard Lakes Fenwick Island vacation

We loved the location and proximity to Fenwick Island State Park beach area and other points of interest for bike riding. The place was very clean and Meg was very attentive to our needs. She left maps and directions of bike riding trails and we enjoyed riding them. Thank you Meg for being a great host!!!

Relax in Selbeyville

We enjoy staying in this area. Short drive to th beach but away from the crowds. House had everything we needed annd th kids enjoyed the pool and the community. Pretty lake view on the closed in patio!

Favorite spot in Mallard Lakes!

This was our second stay here, and we would definitely stay again! We have stayed in many townhomes in the Mallard Lakes neighborhood and this one is our favorite. The porch is great and we love the extra space that being an end unit provides. Convenient location and has everything you need. We’ll be back!

Summer vacation

Had a nice time. Our host was very nice. Communicated well with us. Bummer that someone had broken the back sunroom door prior to our visit. Would have been nice to have the screen door opened to enjoy fresh air. Her husband fixed the sliding glass door for security reasons. Furniture was ok. TV in living room was encased so the sound wasn’t perfect and screen size was a bit small. Very peaceful there. Neighbors were very nice too. Loved cooking on the grill that Mallard Lake has around its site for community use. Thank you for having us Meg.

The Best Getaway!@

Beautiful property. It was nicely decorated & remodeled! A comfortable house friendly neighborhood with clean accommodations: pool, basketball court & grills. We love the lakes ' very peaceful!

Fine for a short trip

The property was listed accurately. It was fairly clean-however there were some cobwebs in places and a few bugs (it didn’t appear to be an infestation, just typical summer stuff). We liked the enclosed patio area.
