Located in a quiet area of Fort Myers Beach!

Perfect for a family reunion or a group of friends, this property is a perfect fit for a group of 6 but can easily accommodate 9 people at any time! (3 sleeping sofas)

Excellent and luxury decorated three-bedroom property (3rd bedroom-Florida room with portable ac overlooking the intracostal) located in the middle of the Estero Island, close to the beach and Time Square.

The house did not get flooded after the IAN hurricane on the interior level,
Garage access is not available, parking on the driveway only.


The beach is only 2 min drive away, or 10 min walking!

Sleeping arrangements:

1. The master bedroom (KING BED) is located on the second floor with a magnificent bay views terrace. (Ensuite)

2. Guest bedroom (KING BED) with huge terrace overlooking the bay!

3. FLORIDA ROOM is as 3rd bedroom -with beautiful BAY VIEWS! Has a SLEEPING SOFA with (Modular AC)

4. the living room, there are also 2 comfortable leather pull out sleeping sofas which can comfortably accommodate 4 people.

We have also new and exciting news for all boaters: We have a  boat dock for boats up to 30 feet and also for jet skis!! *Fee applies*

If you choose kayaking instead , no worries! We rent kayaks too upon request at a reasonable price!(if available)

NOTES:

** Please note that we require a rental agreement with rules and instructions to be signed once booking is confirmed, and also we require a photo ID.

** Standard occupancy is 6 guests, can accommodate up to 9 guests! After the 6th guest, there is a fee of $75 per person, per night.
** External guests are not allowed (without prior approval, and fee may apply)
** Events are not allowed without our prior approval, fee would apply if approved, with all details provided!
** Refundable damage deposit -  $500 (Airbnb holds damage deposit)
** If you book up to two-weeks stay, a light cleaning fee will be required at additional fee! If you stay 1 month then 2 lights cleaning will be applied. This is only for the purpose to keep house/unit/property clean.
**There is a boat docking fee of $100 (case by case basis) - please reach out to us if you are planning to have a boat
**We may consider pets - $100 per pet. Vet documents must be provided as well, prior to arrival.
** All of our rates are updated daily and are subject to change without notice.

-BOAT LIFT MAY BE AVAILABLE UP ON REQUEST UP TO 30 feet boat.
-KAYAK RENTAL $10PER DAY PER KAYAK, UPON REQUEST.

We pre-check the property on the same day/right before your arrival and keep all the records.

Valid ID has to be provided and rental agreement to be signed prior arrival

Check In and Check out times are strictly enforced
No parties, any decorations unless approved in advance and fee paid
No extra visitors or extra over night guests unless approved and fee paid
No pets unless approved and fee paid and vet docs provided
No pets on beds or couches
No trailers/RV unless approved
Use of boat lift must be approved in advance and fee paid.
Keep premises clean at all times
No loud music at all times
If you break anything report immediately.
No food in bedrooms
If you are rude and disrespectful you will be removed from the premises immediately with no refund.
No Smoking or Vaping or use of any drugs is allowed inside or outside
Dispose trash/recycle properly

If any and All of the rules and regulations that are set in the agreement and self check in instructions and in the additional rules are not observed, we reserve the right depending on violation:
to cancel the booking with no refund and you must vacate the premises immediately
forfeit of deposit.
