Family Vaca 2024
This was our 10th trip to Gulf Shores, but the 1st time staying at Ocean Reef. We loved it. Unit 504 was the perfect size for the 9 of us. The unit overlooked the pool and was steps from the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked with quality items. It's about a 5-minute walk to the shops and restaurants. Absolutely loved it!

Wonderful stay at Gulf Shores
There was a lot of communication before the trip so we felt assured that everything would go smoothly and it did. We got there a little early and were given access to the beautiful condo. It was very clean, the AC and pool were wonderful in the heat of Gulf Shores. There was tons of room for our family and a friend. Our washer had some problems while we were there but they were attentive to our concerns. We would highly recommend this beachfront condo!

Beautiful condo
Beautiful place to stay. Condo was very clean and exactly as described. Wonderful location, within walking distance of restaurants and entertainment. The beach was beautiful and the pool was wonderful. Recommend this place to any family looking for a great place to stay with beach access!

Great location
Property was alittle run down, didn’t have many extras (ie. Beach chairs) but the property manager was very informative of what you needed and the location is perfect for walking to anything you would need. Quick access to beach. Pool water was cold but nice area.

My car was sideswiped in my parking place at Ocean Reef. We suspect the van driven by the cleaning service. We filed a police report. The only car near us that day was the cleaning van. We never had another car parked on either side of us for our whole stay.

It was nice to be beachside and also have a pool. The condo needs a complete remodel. There was dirt on the walls and the overall cleanliness wasn’t the best, carpet needs replaced. More amenities for the property would be nice such as a hot tub, tennis, and or workout room.

My husband and I enjoyed the ocean reef. I would like to to suggest that there be a coin changer. For the washer and dryers. There should be a towel service/exchange since there is not a washer and dryer in the condos.. our grandchildren enjoyed the pool and of course the beach.

Older condo but had everything we needed
We were meeting family that was staying in the same condos for a little beach getaway. I had booked a condo months ago with a different property management company and they so kindly canceled on me days before. Staying in a different condo wasn’t an option with small children so I was very thankful to find this one available last minute. It is old but there was plenty of space and everything was clean. It’s located in a good area and just a few steps from the beach.

Only complaint I would have is maybe need to upgrade the queen mattress in the downstairs . It sleep well but sure does sqeak alot , lol. We had a awesome time and the condo being dog friendly is great , very quiet place and comfortable , plenty of room for all . Would definitely choose it again in the future .
