Luxurious resort-style living with a heated indoor swimming pool and bay views

Soak up the superb views of the city, bay and coast. Enjoy this resort-style property's luxurious features with its gas-heated indoor swimming pool and direct access to Arthur's Seat State Park, where you can see and enjoy the local wildlife. There is also a basketball court (half size)for the kids to practice their hoops.

Upstairs, you will find the spacious master bedroom with en-suite, a second spacious queen-size room, a study/office with two trundle beds for extra guests, a central powder room and an elevated circular spa. The main living and kitchen areas are also located upstairs. The living areas have substantial double-glazed windows to appreciate the stunning uninterrupted bay views. The spacious kitchen with stone benchtops and a butler's pantry also allows the family's chef to enjoy the spectacular views—a gas-operated pizza oven.

Downstairs, there are a further two queen-sized bedrooms with a central bathroom. The house has ducted refrigerated cooling and ducted heating, making it comfortable all year round.

The gas-heated indoor swimming pool has big glass doors opening to a magnificent outdoor area with breathtaking views. Enjoy swimming all year round.

Please note that this property has a curvy driveway, but it has recently been resurfaced, making it effortless to drive on.

Great stay

Cleanliness of the place was great, kids loved the pool and loved that it was indoor so we didn’t have to worry about heat stroke on a 40 degree day!

Had a fabulous time in this stunning property with the family for my birthday. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. Absolutely stunning views, luxuriously spacious and tastefully done up. The grandkids had a blast in the indoor swimming pool. The property was well stocked with everything we needed for this short break. Loved it and will return.

Great escape

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Wonderful views, 5 min drive to Dromana iga and shops. The only thing I could fault, not enough cutlery, in an otherwise will socked kitchen, and there is no door seaparting the main bedroom from the other bedroom and lounge area.

Xmas holiday!

Fantastic property. Photos on line are great, but in person the property is amazing. Great time had by whole family of 10, from 3 to 62 years of age. Plenty of things to do nearby also!

The property was superb. Everything we could wish for after months of lockdown during the height of the pandemic in Victoria. There was however much hilarity but also disappointment as the beds in the 5th bedroom was not suitable for adults to sleep in. In the end we folded the stretches and had to sleep on the floor.

Perfect family weekend away

Beautiful property! Views are absolutely incredible, and dining table is perfectly positioned. Heated pool was a big hit with our kids - as were the kangaroos on the lawn each morning in front of the house. House well equipped with everything you need. Highly recommend!

A property we would stay at again WOW

This property has the WOW factor! An impressive property with amazing views, one we would love to stay at again. For future visitors points to note: the driveway is long, curvy and scary (and not lit at night), you will be fine after your first drive in. The master is massive but it’s design doesn’t include a door. Make sure you have a swim and utilise the bottom deck as you won’t regret, especially if the sun is out.

The views are incredible!

Our family stayed at the property to celebrate my fathers 70th birthday and we couldn't have picked a better location and home. It catered for both my parents and also the younger crowd. Kids had a blast in the indoor heated pool whilst mum and dad enjoyed the view, kitchen and coffee machine. My only suggestion would be to consider adding locks to the bathrooms for privacy and increasing the temperature of the pool by two or three degrees...we could have stayed in the pool all day and night if the water was a little warmer. Apart from this the property was fantastic and thank you for sharing this gem!

Amazingly beautiful. Close to perfection

Everything was pretty much perfect about this stay, so I'm not able to comment too much on it otherthen the view, the size, the pool, the kitchen - there is no complaint. If one was to find a comment would be the master suite does not have a door affecting the privacy of those who may want to use the upstairs spa and the driveway for anyone with sedan's would find it difficult to come up unscathed (which the property did warn prior to booking)
