Located just 200 meters from South Beach, this cozy beach house offers a large deck with a pergola, gas BBQ, and bistro blind for all-weather enjoyment. The sun-filled living area features polished timber floors, an enclosed fireplace, and a stylish kitchen with an island bench.
Set on a spacious allotment with a creek bed and backing onto reserve land. Ideal for a small family or two couples, the two King Singles can be converted into a King bed.
Sleeps 4, Quality linen and cleaning services are provided. However, we ask that you bring your beach towels.

Bed 2 - Two King singles beds or King bed on request.
Includes: DVD, iPod dock, stereo CD, dishwasher, washing machine, clothes dryer, bath, iron, hair dryer, outdoor shower, fenced rear yard, hydronic heating, wood heater, split system, gas hot plates, electric oven, microwave, coffee machine Nespresso (pods not provided), gas BBQ.
