Downstairs features 2 good size bedrooms, one with sliding door leading to a small paved area, a modern main bathroom, laundry with ample cupboard space.
Upstairs features a large main bedroom with Walk-in Wardrobe and sliding door leading out to a tiled balcony.
The kitchen/meals/family area boasts plenty of natural light, stainless steel appliances, Caesar stone benchtop, dishwasher and pantry.
The second bathroom comes just off the living area and next to the main bedroom. There is a sliding door that leads out to a tiled balcony area for entertaining or just lounging around enjoying the sun. The home is fitted with new carpets to all bedrooms, freshly painted, downlights, security alarm system, ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning, garage with remote plus bonus carport.
