This beautiful duplex is conveniently located across the street from the ocean with direct access to a very quiet and private beach. Each unit is 1470 sq ft. fully furnished with two bedrooms with queen size beds. 1.5 baths, 1 car garage with additional parking, washer & dryer, balcony with great views, back deck for BBQ'ing, and outside shower.

Just 1.5 miles from the famous Flagler Ave. and short distance to popular restaurants and shops. Close to theatre, grocers, and museums.

We had the Best Time Ever!
Julie is the most wonderful property manager you could wish for - she was very professional, thoughtful, caring, and really went the extra mile to be sure all our needs were met and that we enjoyed our stay. She’s the kind of person whom, after a short conversation, you feel like you’ve known forever. She completely respected our privacy, yet was available on a moment’s notice if we needed anything. Julie’s beach house is located right across the avenue from the ocean, and a very short walkway brings you directly onto the beach. She supplies wagons to transport beach supplies, as well as bikes that can be used on the beach or road. The house is just a short distance - about 1 1/2 miles - from Flagler Avenue, a very popular shopping and restaurant area. Publix is conveniently located about a mile away. And there are dozens of wonderful restaurants in the area. Be sure to check Julie’s guest notebook for great dining suggestions! We felt at home as soon as we entered the beach house and met Julie! The spacious living room is furnished with two comfortable couches and a large flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fully furnished and there’s a table for four, as well as two chairs for counter use. The laundry room is located right next to the kitchen. You’ll also love the beautiful large patio just off the kitchen, which includes a barbecue grill and seating for four to enjoy your dinner or just relax with a good book. There’s also an outdoor shower on the patio to use to rinse off sand when you return from the beach. The two bedrooms upstairs include queen-size beds and plenty of closet space. We’ve stayed at nearly a dozen rental properties in Florida, but this was our favorite! Julie’s proactive efforts to ensure our comfort played a major part in our enjoyment of our time there. We highly recommend this wonderful property! We have no doubt you’ll enjoy it as much as we did!

Love this place!
This home was very convenient to the beach, had everything we needed, and was very clean. Julie was a great host, and made sure we were comfortable from check in to the time we left. We have stayed in many vacation rentals, and this was our favorite. It was with every penny, and we look forward to staying again. I can’t say enough good things about the whole experience with this stay. New Smyrna Beach was a nice change of pace from the busier Daytona, but still close enough to go up and enjoy the nightlife there. If you’re looking for a great beach house, with a great host, and everything you could need, this is your place. Thank you for everything to make our vacation great.

This property is amazing and refreshing. The minute you walk in the door you will feel relaxed and right at home. The ocean is just steps across the street with direct access to a quiet and private beach. This is YOUR HOME - so take off your shoes, kickback, and relax on the balcony or back deck with a drink in your hand. After coming in from the beach, you can rinse off with the outside shower off the back deck area. There are absolutely NO cameras anywhere on this property. When You're here, this is your home.

What makes this property unique

All amenities are right at your fingertips. Just bring your toothbrush and bathing suite. You are just steps from an awesome beach and just 1.5 miles from Flagler Ave. and within 1 mile of popular restaurants and shops. You can walk or ride bicycles pretty much anywhere you want to go.
